Great apartment, dissapointing communication with landlords

Very calm location, pine woods nearby. Super huge children playground and sea just around the corner. Apartament has a terrace, kitchen and bathroom fully equiped. There are underground parking.

The heat in the apartment was not working properly and landlord was not able to fix that but that was quite ok and still possible to live (however we do not reccommend to stay here during cold autumn/spring due to instable heating system). What is more, on the second visit day hot water stopped working in this apartment. Since we were with a toddler, we decided to move to another apartment as landlord notified us that it is unknown how long it will take to repair hot water system. Landlord promised partial refund of apartment rent. Sadly we have not received the money yet, looking forward to the partial refund through Booking.com Customer Service System.

Air ventilation in the rooms are very limited. You need to sleep with an open balcony doors to be able to breath. That doesnt feel safe.

Butas už tokia žemą kainą ,tikrai super puikus

Šiaip tai viskas puikiai... Butas švarus su visa buitine įranga . Su augintiniu tai , fantastiška vieta .

Žmonai nepatiko miegamasis . Trukdė tos kopėčios , o ir lentyna virš galvos nėra labai patogi , ką nors pasidėti , pvz. telefoną , ar vandens stiklinę . Ne savininkų kaltė , bet atvykome tamsiu paros metu lietui lyjant .. . 52 namo nr. pavyko rast iš karto ( gal iš nuotraukų ) A raidę radome tik kitą dieną . Į butą papuolėme ,išbandę gautą kodą , visose laiptinėse .Savininkė neatsiliepė , po kiek laiko gavau žin, ,kad paskambins vėliau , nors jau nereikėjo . Ta raidytė A , ant namo vos įžiūrima šviesiu paros metu

Schönes Appartement in der Nähe des Strands mit hochwertiger Ausstattung.

Das Appartement ist so eingerichtet, dass der Raum optimal genutzt wird. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Das Appartement war sauber, nur Besteck und Geschirr teilweise nicht, vielleicht waren die vorhergehenden Mieter dafür verantwortlich. Da es eine sehr gute Spülmaschine gab, war das aber kein Problem für uns. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Der Parkplatz ist in der Tiefgarage. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, in die Innenstadt etwas weiter.

Täydellisen rauhallinen ja hiljainen paikka, aivan henkeäsalpaavan upeat ulkoilumaastot koirien kanssa. Asunto erittäin siisti, siellä on aivan kaikki mitä tarvitsee, valaistus oli ensiluokkainen sekä äänenvaimennus erinomainen. Pihapiiri ja sen ympäristö todella siisti ja viihtyisä, ihana lampi joutsen pariskunnalla ja kurnuttavilla sammakoilla lähistöllä ja kaunista seutua kaiken kaikkiaan. Ehdottomasti menen uudestaan koirieni kanssa, kun seuraavaksi Palangaan matkustan.
