Apartamentai jaukųs, švarūs. Labai patogi vieta, viskas vietoje. Girdisi jūros ošimas.
Nepatiko laiptinės nešvara, daug šiukšlių, ant laiptų prilaistyta ir taip visas keturias dienas. Laiptinių niekas nevalė. Patys apartamentai buvo švarųs ir tvarkingi, be priekaištų.

Apartamentuose galima rasti visko ko reikia, viskas iki smulkmenu apgalvota. Vieta puiki: salia jura ir Basanaviciaus gatve. Rami vieta, gera garso izoliacija.

Butas yra puikioje vietoje - arti jūros ir Basanavičiaus g., įrengtas jaukiai, patogiai ir aprūpintas visais reikalingais daiktais (prausimosi priemonės, fenas, lygintuvas, indai, kamščiatraukis ir t.t). Šeimininkė labai maloniai bedrauja, pagelbėjo su mašinos parkavimu. Prie namo yra mažai parkavimo vietų, bet mums paliko leidimą parkuotis Vytauto g., kuri yra toliau nuo apartamentų. Buvo galima laikinai su mašina privažiuot, išsikraut daiktus, o ilgesniam laikui mašiną palikti leidime nurodytoje vietoje

Ļoti netīra kāpņu telpa lai tiktu līdz numuriņam, kuru neviens tā aŗī netīrija. Problemātiski ar stāvvietu. Numurā nav kafijas automāta.
