Perfect for two couples

Everything was perfect. Apartment is specious, nicely decorated, two bedrooms one main room with kitchen. Also you have terrace with grill. If you are looking for a stay for two couples is a perfect place.

Would not recommend

Good location, clean apartment.

We have booked a one bedroom apartment with a living room for 3 adults. The apartment was advertised with off-street parking but the parking wasn't available. A sofa in the living room was too small for an adult to sleep on. The staff were unwilling and unprepared to resolve the issues. The bathroom door was noisy and didn't close properly. Also, it was very poor soundproofing from an upstairs apartment. I would not recommend these types of apartments for more than 2 adults unless you are comfortable sleeping all in one room.

I would not recommend Comfort Apartments Palanga, especially for the price.

The location

I was given 2 different codes to enter the apartment, however, what I really needed was the key. The apartment I was given did not have the security system installed, meaning that I needed to contact the customer service and ask for the key to be delivered. Furthermore, there was no shower/ bath facilities in the apartment itself. And there was no communal shower/bath facilities, we could use. The apartment itself had a musty smell and was quite damp.

A perfect choice for a stay in Palanga. Modern, convenient, and comfortable—would definitely return!

The apartment was very modern, clean, and beautifully designed—exactly like in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was great, close to both the center and the beach, but still in a quiet area. Free parking in the yard was a big bonus. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Nothing because we didn’t stay there.

The owner from this property didn’t contact with we, when we arrived apartment was fired and we didn’t stay there, they give some options to stay but different places without swimming pool!! Booking and owner never try to contact with me and still didn’t get refund back!!

Beautiful apartment in a good location

Good location, the apartment is very tastefully designed and well looked after, it has everything one needs for their stay. Beds were very comfortable and we slept really well...

One thing that was missing - wardrobes or even rails to hang clothes. As we only stayed there one night, we didn't unpack much but had we stayed longer, this would have been an inconvenience... Otherwise would happily come back..

Location close to centre

Not beach front as described. Pictures did not match the advert. Low ceilings not tall friendly. Basically in the attic. Bed is right up against the wall with a slanted roof you will hit your head. The bed is two beds pushed together. Shower was in the stairway which was outside the room & not listed as a shared bathroom. Fridge was not working & off. Sockets were hanging out of the wall. Limited parking max 7 spaces. Pool was not cleaned. Outside door to the appartments did not lock.

It was clean and modern. Easy to find. Free parking. Has a pool and hot tub

Bedroom is up some steep stairs basically ladders. Which is no good when you need to go to the toilet a few times in the night. Would have slept on sofa bed but that was broken and didn't pull out. Aircon is downstairs and the bedroom is in the atic and was red hot unbearable to sleep. Not sure what person thought that was good idea to not put aircon in the bed room by hey oh... No sugar for tea or coffee

I feel like we were cheated with nice pictures on the booking.com to rent this apartment.

seelings in master bedroom above the bed was really too low. Each time lifting up our arms we were bumping into it. It was not really appartment for 4 people to sleep in, It was a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa to fit one adult person. Kitchen did not have all necessary apliances to cook , shower was outside the apartment in a corridoor and water drainage was bad, so all personal things on the floor were soaked with water.

For a five persons its way too small. When redecorting you should always think more of a convenience, not a design.

Modern design apartment, fancy furniture, very good location.

You can not realize from the pictures how small apartment is. There is no single hanger to hang your coat. And we were five persons. There is no single drawer to put your clothes, you have to keep it in your luggage which also has no place to be put.

Excellent beds, close to the beach, clean and nicely decorated.

Balcony did look somehow unsafe, rusted railing, big cap between floorboards and railing. The outside area had some stuff along the yard. The pool did look dirty.

All in all it was not bad, but they really need to work with customer service.

The palace is really great, it is new and clean. Everything in apartment is really tidy and comfortable.

The big problem is parking, there is no space to park all cars, while reserving they said that you don’t have to reserve a parking place, but there is no place to park the cars. Like they have parking for 6/7 cars. Another problem is communication, there is just a huge lack of respect for a guest, we had problems with booking, we called them 5 times, they also seen problems but they didn’t contact us first, then we also had problems with parking and they had no solutions and last thing that there was no electricity another day in the morning, they also didn’t bother to send a message or something to inform us about what’s going on, we had to call them…

Cousy comfortable stay

It was modern and clean. The location was very good.

There wasent any free parkin space in the yard we had to park on the street. We recomend numberd parkingspots for eace flant. It seemed that some guest came there with two cars. And few pointers about the flat, there wasent any place to hang your coat and it seemed wierd that there were tvs in the bedrooms but not in the livingroom.

Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend

We had issues with the code lock on the door. We have called the owner and they helped us very fast by explaining how exactly to unlock the door. Owners were kind and polite.

I would advise to have a lock from inside the apartment. Our 3 year old son thought it was funny to run away and he could just open the door, because it doesn't lock from the inside.

Perfect location in Palanga

The apartments has brand new entire furniture and technical appliance. Location is perfectly located in between of main strip and the sea beach. Host was incredibly friendly and responsive: we forgot to mention that we need a baby crib and the host bought it right away - it was brand new. Our request for late check out was accepted without any question. This is a best stay for us in Palanga. House is full of kids toys and features like pool and trampoline.
