Apartment is modern, clean. Parking next by, access to the apartment uncomplicated. Nice yard, calm location. Not to far from the center to walk.
The sofas are very hard. For 4 people it is quite small. It were only provided 3 chairs around the table, but we booked it for 4 people.

The house was on a quiet street and was in a good location. Grocery stores were a few minutes away and good restaurants nearby. The kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool, and I had a great time too. The rooms were clean. The house has a secure fence.
1. Parking was very bad. On the first day we were able to park the car next to the house behind the gate. On the second night I had to find parking somewhere on the street.
2. Instructions are needed, especially if we have to take out the trash ourselves. I looked around the house for a place to throw the trash, the house is big and walking around the house looking for a trash can is cumbersome and time-consuming.
3. The house has four floors, there is no elevator in the house. We were on the 3rd floor. I was traveling with an elderly mother and a child with a stroller - it was a litle troublesome to walk up and down the stairs. When I booking, we thought from the pictures that it was on the first floor.

Iš dalies patiko patogumai, nors baseinu nesinaudojome, net nebuvome nuėję pasižiūrėti. Tvarka tikrai ideali kambario. Dėl vaikų, tai gaila, kad nėra mikro bangų krosnelės.
Labai daug taisyklių. Automobiliui privačios aikštelės nėra. Skelbime rašyta jog yra indaplovė ir skalbyklė, ko iš tikro nėra apartamentuose. Džiovyklė surudijusi, kaip ir balkone lauko baldai taip pat surūdiję. Patalai švarūs, bet nuvilkus pagalvė geltonumo super buvo 👌 net baisu pagalvojus ant ko reikia miegoti 🫣
