Location, spacious apartment, washing mashine

Bed sheets are too small for the bed. I don't understand why they don't put on the once with the gum. There is no vacuum cleaner which is needed after a couple days by the sea.

Host was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, everything was so smooth. Definitely were welcoming and super family friendly. Arrived quite late but were able to prolong our check out by few hours and the host was amazingly accommodating. Very central but yet out of main area, “sleepy” quarter. Just 3min walk to Basanaviciaus street. Extremely happy with the stay as everything (main attraction points) within a hand’s reach - 5min to the beach and main pier, 3min to Birutes park

Labai gera lokacija. Butas erdvus. Rami vieta, nebuvo jokio triukšmo. Džiugu, kad buvo parkingo vieta.

Atvykus kambaryje buvo kiek vėsoka, elektrinis šildytuvas nepatogus šildymui, nes greitai prikaitina, bet greitai ir atvėsta. Parkingas netoli namų, bet šiek tiek nepatogu, nes kitoje vietoje, ne pačiame namo kieme.

Gera lokacija, tačiau reikalingas normalus šildymas su normalia parkavimo vieta.

Puiki vieta, patogus įsiregistravimas, greita komunikacija.

Butas šaltas, balkonas atsidarinėjo pats, galimai sugedusi rankena. Bute temperatūra naktį nukrenta, radiatorius veikia skleisdamas garsą. Automobilių parkavimo aikštelė tragiška, automobiliai vos telpa, dureles atidaryt sudėtinga. Bute prasta ventiliacija, įėjus smirdi.

Nebuvo šaldytuvo, bet jo vieta yra. Matyt sugedęs ir dar nespėta pakeisti nauju? Bet mes buvom žiemą, apartamentai turi puikų balkoną, todėl didelio nepatogumo nepatyrėm.

Kambario vieta mieste gera, tačiau kambarys neatitinka nuotraukų, suplyšusios užuolaidos, parkingas kitoje gatvėje…

Kambario vieta labai gera. Pats pastatas tvarkingas.

Suplyšusios dieninės užuolaidos, kiliminė danga apšnerkšta. Tokį vaizdą pamačius tik įėjus į kambarį kyla klausimai dėl pačios švaros kambaryje. Tokie vaizdai labai gadina bendrą vaizdą. Pakeisti dienines užuolaidas tikrai daug nekainuotų… Prisidengiama Alkos Namais (apartamentais), o iš tikro pastate yra daug išpirktų kambarių (butukas.lt), vaizdas neatitinka nuotraukų. Verslas, bet daromas atmestinai. Taip pat parkingas. Taip, smagu, kad parkingas yra, bet tik įėjus į kambarį sužinojome, kad parkingas visai kitoje gatvėje. Informacija iki paskutinės minutės buvo lyg slepiama. Turėjome daiktus nešiotis dideliais atstumais, kadangi nebuvo laisvos vietos šalia Alkos namų apartamentų (ilgasis savaitgalis, pilna automobilių pristatyta gatvėje iš kitų aplinkinių butų), o su mažu vaiku tai tikrai labai nepatogu. Jei būtų ši informacija nurodyta jau rezervuojant kambarį, galimai būtumėm jo neužsakę. Labai gaila, bet dėl tokių dalykų negrįšime ir nerekomenduosime.

Nusivylėme, kaina neatitiko apgyvendinimo sąlygų.

Vieta patiko, netoli jūra, centras.

Buvo užsakymas aprtementai. Tačiau buvo tik dvivietis kambarys. Užsakymas trims asmenims, bet visos priemonės buvo tik dviem asmenims. Vonioje kanalizavija užsikimšusi. Gynatukas šaltas vonioje, atsakymas buvo tipo pusė pastato neveikia. Seifas neveikė.

Už tokią kainą, tikėjomės tikrai kitokio komforto.

Gera lokacija, arti jūros.

Internetas galima sakyti visiškai neveikia, wi-fi nėra, televizijos taip pat nėra. Lovos nepatogios siaubingai. Vietoj paklodės skirtos dvigulei lovai, buvo skirtas kažkoks užvalkalas nuo viengulės kaldros.

Gerai, bet galėtų būti ir geriau

Erdvūs apartamentai su 2 kambariais. Patogu šeimai. Labai gera lokacija ir didelis privalumas privati parkingo vieta, nes gali kada nori išvažiuot ir žinai, kad grįžęs rasi vietą laisvą. Maloni šeimininkė atsakė į visus rūpimus klausimus.

Pritrūko švaros. Kaip supratome kambarius prižiūri ne pati šeimininkė, bet samdytos tvarkytojos, todėl greičiausiai kokybė dėl to ir kenčia. Pasigedome šiukšlių maišų, nors tai smulkmena. Praverstų ir mikro bangų krosnelė, bet šiaip daugiau viskas yra, net lygintuvas. Vonioje neveikė “gyvatukas”, o jis tikrai praverstų džiovinti rūdama ir rankšluoščiams. Gerai, kad geras oras buvo, tai dėl šio trūkumo didelių problemų nebuvo.

Išsimiegoti gerai, bet būti ilgiau tokiam kambarį ne kažką

Vienintelisgeras dalykas tai vieta, netoli Basanavičiaus gatvės

Jei norite prisiminti sovietmečio laikus, tai ši vieta kaip tik. Vanduo vasarošiltis, televizorius rodo vaizdą kaip senais laikais (raiškos nulis). Balkone kažkur tekėję dažai, kėdė aptaškyta. Užuolaidos kilimas dėmėti. Bent mūsų kambarys tikrai nebuvo toks kaip nuotraukose.
