Butas naujos statybos name, tylioje ir ramioje vietoje pačiame centre. Butui priklauso lauko terasa.
1. Buvo tarpinis laikas, kai jau centrinį šildymą atjungė, bet lauke dar spaudė šaltukas. Butas buvo tragiškai šaltas, mums pasiūlė atsivežt elektrinį radiatorių. Patiems. Gerai, kad malkų nepasiūlė pasikapot. 2. Butas naujam name, bet vidus perkrautas visokiais baisiai paveikslais ir bobutiško vaibelio rakandais. 3. Turėjo būt požeminis parkingas ,bet pultas ar vartai neveikė ir savininkams nelabai rūpėjo kažką dėl to daryt. Sprendimas statyt mašiną kur papuola. 4. Interjeras jau pasenęs
