Do not reccomend it if you need parking for car

the property was clean and nice.

The apartment is clean. Nevertheless, it was very uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa. Also, if you are planning to go with car DON’T. It mentioned there is parking available when you rent the apartment, but there is no parking in fact. You will need to leave the car on the Street at pay 40€ per day, or host can offer you another parking (5min walk from apartment) for 7€ per day.

Apartment with great location but some drawbacks

The self check-in was very easy, the communication was always quick on the check-in day. The apartment is in great location, everything is near by. There was an issue with the bikes on our arrival but the host was very friendly and everything was solved smoothly. Keep in mind that the host has some additional rules that could be found only on arrival (e.g. regarding storage of bikes, scooters), so ask before arrival about additional rules.

The terrace is not that cozy, it was not clean and construction work was happening in a few meters so not the place for a quiet and cozy sit. Some of the dishes were dirty. However, the worst part was that there was horrible smell in the bathroom on arrival and we discovered that it was coming from the bathroom rug after some time.

Tam tikrose vietose matomas švaros ir remonto trūkumas (pvz.: aplūžusi kėdė ir durų rankena, nešvarios sienos ir durys, suplyšusios ir purvinos užuolaidos). Labai nemalonu prie sofos rasti kažkokio žmogaus kojines kartu su dulkėmis ir voratinkliais. Taip pat manau, kad orkaitė ir joje esančios skardos turėtų būti išplautos ir neskleisti nemalonaus gaminto maisto kvapo. Esant neaiškumams dėl apartamentų sunku susisiekti su savininke.

Lovos cmčiužinys tikrai galėtų būti patogesnis, o ne priklotas keliais sluoksniais, tryse, su kudikiu miegoti nepatogu. Taip pat buvom pažymėję, kad atvyksime su kūdikiu, bet paklota buvo viena didelė dvigulė kaldra.

Neatbilda prasībām par tīrību- netīri virtuves piederumi, pelējums uz vannas, netīrs gaismas slēdzis, vannasistabas durvju rokturi, krita ārā , wifi slikts pārklājums, ledusskapī atstāta pārtika, palags ar caurumu. Dzīvoklis tika izvēlēts, dēļ, ļoti labām atsauksmēm par tīrību, bet realitātē, tas neatbilda gaidītajam.
