Exceptional

Very nice appartment, close to the promenade, but still calm (you don't hear the noise from the promenade). The arrangment inside is even better than it looks on the photographs. Very comfortable and clean.

Not yet ready

The appartment is brand new, there’s one comfortable sofa, the air conditioning works, the apartment opens with a code. The host kept the parking spot for us cause the parking lot gets pretty busy

The appartment is on a fourth floor, the elevator doesn’t yet work. The building is still under construction, which means construction work noise, construction trash and unfinished furnishings. The upstairs sleeping room is so low, it gets hot and there are no dark blinds. Being 170cm tall i have hit my head at least 5 times into the slopes of the walls. Maybe i’m just not good with attics, but it didn’t work for me. The stairs to the second floor have no railing and are quite not safe when going down. There is no microwave. The bedsheets are double and had some dust on them, probably something went wrong with a dryer.
