A nice place to stay, but the experience would be much better with improved communication from the owner

Nice interior, location

The customer service was poor from the start. There was no option to cancel and receive a refund, even upon request. When we informed them that we planned to stay with three dogs, we were willing to pay extra or make alternative arrangements, but this was not accommodated. The trash was not cleaned, the full address was not provided, and overall, the communication and attitude from the owner could have been much better.
