Great place, some issues at check-in. Make sure to book your breakfast in advance!

The views are nice, the boathouse itself has a nice little terrace and a rooftop. Must be really great to stay here during warmer days, when water sports are available. But even in January the place was very warm and cosy inside.

We had a couple of issues with check-in. During our stay there was nobody at Maastricht Marina, so we had to call them on the phone and wait to open the main gates. Then we could not get into our boathouse, because apparently we got switched to another one without anyone letting us know. Unfortunately we did not request the breakfast on time (it has to be done 24 hours before the breakfast morning), so we had to go to the nearest supermarket and bakery, which are almost 2 km away. Completely fine if you have a car or bicycle, but was not the best experience on foot.

Beautiful houseboat

Beautiful accommodation right on the marina, very comfortable beds, great shower and living space

The location was a little out of the way and not great public transport links so we took taxis to the MECC and Maastricht centre

Een erg goede keuze om te verblijven als je Zuid-Limburg/Maastricht met een stel wilt bezoeken.

Leuk om op het water te verblijven, vrij uitzicht en eigen ruimte

We hadden storm (niet normaal dus), toen zat er behoorlijk beweging in het schip. Met het opspannen van de lijnen werd dat iets beter.

Das Doppelbett ist sehr schmal, aber breiter geht auch räumlich nicht. Das Doppelstockbett hat schmerzhafte Sprossen, sehr schmal, tut weh beim hochklettern

Im schönen Yachthafen von Maastricht unweit vom Zentrum entfernt. Bei schönen Wetter kann man eine sehr gute Zeit haben. Alles sehr ruhig und man kann gut entspannen. Freundliches Personal. Insgesamt ein gepflegter Eindruck. Betten waren bereits frisch bezogen und frische Handtücher lagen aus.

Die Größe , wenn man von einer Belegung von 5 Personen lt Beschreibung ausgeht. Zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten zum gemeinsamen Essen bei schlechten Wetter. Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten von Gepäck, Stauraum im Bad ect., auch wenn man natürlich Abstriche machen muss, da es sich um ein Hausboot handelt und nicht um eine klassische Fewo.

Tolle Alternative zum Wohnen

Tolle Lage, kostenlose Parkplätze, Fahrräder konnten vorher über die Marina Maastricht gemietet werden, relativ ruhig, Restaurant in der Nähe, gute Anbindung an Maastricht, das Team vor Ort ist sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel, alle unsere Anliegen wurden sofort gelöst.

Um das Tor bei Anreise zu öffnen, muss man vor Ort das Office der Marina anrufen, das sollte besser kommuniziert werden. Für 4 Erwachsene ist an dem Esstisch innen kein Platz.
