The boatloadge was cosy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

The temperature control on the boatlodge was tricky to regulate.

Perfect "getaway", we stayed here during lock down.

Spotlessly clean, tasteful decor, attentive details. (Bottle with New Years bubbles were ready upon arrival). Prime location, quiet place. (A very nice harbor where the house boat is moored). Lots of local tips for walks and take away food. Breakfast, (booked last minute at arrival), was very tasty and plentiful. Last but not least, super hosts!. This location is in our heart, they have a diverse range of house boats and we will definitely come back here with friends or family.

Great location, unfortunate experience

We were greeted with such a warm welcome, helpful guides and snacks. The cost floating boat lodge is in a beautiful quiet location on the Marina with great back and top decks to enjoy the views and sunset. The boat lodge itself is well equipped and decorated, with all the things you generally need for a comfortable stay...except air con!

The temperature when we stayed was exceptionally high (which is out of anyone’s control) but the lack of air con made staying in the boat lodge quite unbearable in the day and night as there was no cool escape. We brought our own fan with us but even this did not help as much as we needed. The main issue we had however apart from the heat, was the number of large spiders found inside the boat (15-20), which had clearly been in there already when we checked in. They were mainly inside all the closed blinds which had not been checked or cleaned in between stays (as they had been left closed to try and keep heat out). This made our stay that much more uncomfortable and we chose to stay in an alternative hotel on our second night :( it was a shame as the rest of the boat was generally clean.

Top Anlage, geschützt mit Toren mit Code-Eingabe. Zur Innenstadt 4km zu Fuß, sehr schöne Umgebung.
