Clean and correct but not offering almost anything that a family resort should

The apartment itself was fine, clean, quite spacious, kitchen had all the basic needs. The "resort" has nice architecture.

Poor value for money, there is nothing in the 'resort' beside a really small swimming pool. No bilkiard, darts, kids'playroom, any social space

Overall it was a very nice property.

It was convenient to our scheduled touring. The location was very relaxing and well kept.

They could have had more amenities available for four people. Toilet paper ,paper towels and kitchen supplies. We had to ask for items or buy our own.

Perfect family location

Cool place. Our 2nd time here and it was again amazing. This time we used pool and rented bikes. It was awesome

Great spot for family away; enjoyed it and want to return !

Parking to reception to apartment were all quite close.

I have cardiovascular disabilities; the apartment was on the 2nd floor with 2 floors inside. Stairs are difficult for me and tainted my comfort.

flexibility of moving the luggage, no staff to help!! some apartments with no elevator! Spiders are all over the place. No room service, I have to do everything myself! and change through booking can't be amended!

Decent accommodation overcome by the lack of luxury resort accoutrements and everything costing extra.

Apartments are nice and in good condition.

The stay was overcome by the property (maybe even Dormio) being cheap overall. Want towels to use for their pool? use the two provided for the shower. Want a hair dryer? 50 euro deposit. Some extra coffee pods? Not allowed. No cleaning services and you have to take your own trash out. Further the property doesn’t enforce their own rules about noise, kids were screaming in the town square close to midnight.. there are over 30 apartments on the square.

Good facilities, the apartment was first class. The site has good parking and is very attractive. I have been staying at the resort for the last 10 years and have seen many improvements over those years. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect stay in a park area close to city center

We traveled with kids. They enjoyed all the playgrounds, swimming pools, and the resort itself. We also liked the restaurant there. And we visited the Maastricht a few times as the resort is close to the city center.

Overall a comfortable stay for just 2 nights

Host / reception desk was to the point with communication and made us comfortable

Beds were two single beds in each room. It could be better to have a one double layer of sheet on top .. otherwise the single mattresses keep on moving away and one has to really conscious in the night sleep not to move a lot. Wash basin soap kit provided was one (although not a big issue, just a comment). if there are two toilets then please add 2 kits/pieces of handwash soap at least. The bell from outside was not working for someone to open the building door from apartment itself. The facility is there but not activated. Probably still in activation phase.

spacious property all you need was there. shame we were not staying for longer then the 2 nights

we had few kitchen items missing and a slow running drain in the shower. but this was very quickly resolved. so kudos to the staff
