Pleasant & comfortable low budget stay

Landlord was very friendly & helpful, it was quaint and located well for the Maastricht exhibition centre, which is why I chose it

Friendly place for a short stay

The personnel was very nice, the location was nice and close to some green area and some comfortable shops. The rooms very quite warm and had a nice energy. We appreciated the eggs!

Unfortunately the mattress was either too old or too soft, therefore it has been almost impossible to sleep being 2 people because with each minor movement a sort of "hole" in the middle of it was created, and we were "falling" towards the centre of it. Pls Mr. Ser update the mattress to receive reviews from 8 to 10 from future guests!

A great sized apartment, equipped with all you need. Super friendly hosts, loved the extra mile with access to their chicken's fresh eggs, divine! Found the bed a little soft, but that's just me. Shared bathroom just up some steps, with a separate second toilet which is helpful but seemed we didn't clash with anyone.

Super Ser's Studio

Cosy, living space. So much more comfortable than a hotel room. Loved the mini bar! There are 2 TVs, playstations and games. The studio and the 2 bathrooms are spotlessly clean. It was a peaceful, quiet area with local shops, restaurant and a supermarket only 5 minutes walk Very close to tranpsport, both buses and train. Lovely area near the main University campus. Everywhere is so clean. If you had a car there is plenty of parking by the house. On Friday there was a wood fired pizza van outside during the afternoon, til sbout 7pm. Good communication from Ser and Sharon, both lovely people.

Nothing to complain about. I would use this studio appartment again.

Great stay for André Rieu

Very comfortable bed, very clean, very cosy studio. Drinks for free, very kind! Check in was very easy. Ser is very kind! It’s easy to get to the city center by bus. Parking right in front of the house for free.

Toilet was smelling a bit bad. It’s a bit „rocked down“.

Pleasant stay in a thoughtfully prepared place

I really liked the room that we stay and the stuff that helped us. There was a small guide by host inside the room that we read and liked a lot which includes small tips about both the Maastricht and the house itself.

Good place for stay in Maastricht. If you will attend to MECC, this is your place.

The apartment is close to MECC, nearly 15 minutes walking. A one-stop bus is close to the apartment, you will be connected easily to the city. The hostesses were very nice and attentive. It was the first time I stay in a place where I must to share the bathroom. I wasn't bad. Always it was clean and organized.

Nice owner, old house which needs to be renovated.

Gentle owner. Cleant as good as possible.

No own toilet or douche. Shared with two permanent-living people. Smokey smell in building, we started with opening the windows. (And didn’t close them any more). Old building, old windows (paint dropped off while opening it). Old carpet on the floor which and wallpaper on the bathroom which didn’t stuck very well above the toilet.. A renovation is a good idea!

Dat alles aanwezig was zoals koffie -thee potten en pannen etc.etc. Dat dat zelfs kosteloos gebruikt kon worden. Dat we eieren van de eigen kippen kosteloos konden pakken. Dat we pp een gratis drankje konden nuttigen. Dat de koelkast goed gevuld was.

Een prima plekje op een prima locatie.

De locatie, op tien minuten lopen van MECC en acht minuten van station Randwyck, was ideaal. De studio was niet flitsend, hip of modern ingericht, maar alles wat je zou willen gebruiken of nodig kon hebben, was er: kookplaat, magnetron, gevulde koelkast, Senseo-apparaat, waterkoker, handdoeken en washandje, twee (!) grote televisies, koffie, thee, spelletjes … Ser ontving me vriendelijk en van tevoren had ik duidelijke instructies gekregen.

Op een van de vensterbanken was iets plakkerigs gemorst en dat was bij het schoonmaken blijkbaar over het hoofd gezien. Maar om nou te zeggen dat er iets was wat me tegenviel, nee.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was super. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Eenvoudige kwaliteit maar ruim afdoende. Echt positieve huiselijke sfeer. Krakend vloertje in het keukentje. Geweldig Werd netjes opgevangen door gastvrouw. Top.

Ha, de Palmolive op de WC was op. Moest lang nadenken om iets te noemen. Al met al. Ik was in mijn nopjes met dit adres. Zal mond op mond reclame maken. Genoten
