Quaint, comfortable, centrally located apartment

The apartment had everything we needed and host offered us two large bedrooms. Bathroom was also very large. Location was good - close to the centre and also to the train station.

Maastricht accommodation in general is expensive. The apartment was however better value than many other places.

Perfect and peaceful Maastricht stay close to station and 10 minutes walk to centrum

Gemma is a lovely host. The apartment is homely decorated and everything was perfectly clean. Bed was comfortable and the washing machine was very handy. Apartment is in a quiet street ensuring a peaceful sleep. Location is good since it is only 350 metres from the train station and 10 minutes walk to town. Please take note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor so there are stairs to manage if you have mobility issues or have heavy luggage.

Not a negative but I think a small microwave oven will be appreciated by guests as well as larger towels in the bathroom.

A definite go to location in Maastricht

PetitGrandeur is a cosy apartment next to the training station. Q-Park underground parking is around 100 meters so the location is perfect. The apartment is very clean with all the amenities like fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine, all stuffed with supplies. The host was so nice to even leave a couple of beers in the fridge for us!! The apartment also features a spacious, clean and bright bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.

Location: only 3 minutes walk from station and 15 from market place, crossing an historic bridge with a spectacular view of old town. Large room, with Air Conditioning, Lady Gemma contacted me by WhatsApp so was so much easier to plan for checking in Can leave luggage for early arrivals/late departure. Has courtins at the window so light doesn't disturb at 04:00am Found not ask for more

The perfect city spot

The room is like a small flat with free coffee and tea fridge, tv etc. - huge wonderful bathroom and a wonderful host. what's not to like. And then the house is very centrally located - its an excellent place for the business traveler but also for others who just wants to spend time in the lovely city of Maastricht.

回马城参加PhD defense，能在古典荷兰风格的房间居住，留下了非常美好的回忆。下次来马城我还是会优先选择这里~ 价格五晚500欧出头，作为紧邻火车站的公寓，房间面积比较大，性价比还不错。Gemma可能发现我下了两次单，第一次退款是因为想看看能不能住六天，结果发现只能住五天，就重新下单了。不能住六天还是有点可惜的。房间很漂亮，booking上的图都是实拍，清洁程度很不错，尤其是浴室香喷喷的。房间也很温暖。床很大很高很fancy，褥子层层叠叠，有点像豌豆公主的床。也很感谢Gemma为我们的鲜花准备了花瓶和清水！

对我来说都OK，但是对于那些可能会在意的人： 1. 房间在三层（或者说在0/1/2层的2层），楼梯比较狭窄陡峭。我和我老妈都携带的是登机箱，我们觉得还好，但是对于一些提着大行李的人，可能不会很方便。 2. 浴室和卧室是同一层分开的两个房间。我们觉得还好，因为这一整层都属于我们，不会有其他人打扰。极其极其偶尔会有顶楼的住客路过，不过我猜她也有自己独立的活动空间，我们井水不犯河水。 3. 没有厨房，可以借用房东的厨房。如果Gemma可以提供煮蛋器、三明治机、微波炉，将会是很棒的。 4. 这是民宿，不会像宾馆一样每天有人收拾。写这段不是负面评价，主要是提醒一下大家定的时候得有预期。

Nett und sauber. Sehr schön für einen Maastricht Besuch.

Die Unterkunft liegt zum erkunden von Maastricht sehr zentral. Man ist nach wenigen Gehminuten in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Nebenstraße und es ist sehr ruhig, perfekt zur Erholung. Zudem gibt es ein geräumiges Bad, welches sich nicht im Zimmer sondern auf der Etage befindet. Aber man benutzt es alleine und das es auf der Etage war, war überhaupt nicht störend. Ein Parkhaus ist 5 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt.

Alles hat prima geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur die Doppeldecke für zwei Personen waren wir nicht gewohnt.

Hoewel we wat eerder waren konden we van de gastvrouw Gemma gewoon komen. Mooie kamer voorzien van alle gemakken. De 2 trappen waren een beetje een uitdaging voor me maar was uiteindelijk te doen. Mooie badkamer en op loopafstand van het centrum. Dagkaart parkeren tegenover het hotel voor 17 euro was een koopje. Aanrader.

Prachtige accommodatie nabij het centrum van Maastricht! Verzorgd ingericht appartement met koffie en thee faciliteiten, keurige badkamer met verzorgingsproducten en wasmachine! Onze fietsen mochten we in de hal beneden staan, erg prettig!

Minpunt waren dat je 3 trappen op moet en met een zware koffer is dat heel wat. Verder werkte de afstandbediening van de tv erg slecht.
