Great stay for our large group.

It was idea ll for our large group with three apartments and 2 hotel rooms. Fully equipped apartments where we cooked. Great layout with veranda and outdoor seating in each apartment. Highly recommended.

No shuttle to bus stop. 20 minute walk.

Great stay for a few nights with family

We loved the closeness to Maastricht was perfect. The pool was great for the kids and the overall safety of a carless park. The various playgrounds around the park were well kept and interesting for various age ranges. The kids club amazing! So many great activities and friendly counselors- our 8 and 9 year old loved it. The bakery / grocery store on site was well stocked and had nice fresh bread and pies each morning.

The room was not clean up to standards - dirty floor, greasy tile on bathroom floor and so many dead bugs and flies when we checked into our room. Chipped paint in the bedrooms made it feel less 'finished' than in the pictures. The lack of screens on the windows makes it a mosquito paradise at night and in the summer, it can be difficult to keep cool without air co. The second night we were next to a loud younger group of people and were up late - the soundproof walls didn't seem to make a difference

Lovely clean spacious resort with nice areas to explore and walk

Our apartment was swelteringly hot but had no air conditioning, extremely uncomfortable. We could have dealt with that had fans been provided. Also no instructions for the microwave combo oven which was difficult to work and prevented us from cooking as we had to try to look it up on the internet and work it all out at the same time, which was challenging. Think the least that could be done is to print out instructions on site for your customers and leave a copy in the accommodation.

Nice clean appartment with large bedrooms and seperate bathrooms, a covered terrace to sit outside and enjoy the relaxing environment. Also easy to park your car.

Correct app. with nice green surroundings outside the center in a quiet area next to the golf course. The possibility of renting bikes is perfect for visiting the city center and surrounding areas. Private pool

We liked the comfort of the apartment, very coisy. The nature around the resort was nice and the terrace was of very good size.

Only one shared wc for 2 bedrooms. The dishwasher was full when we checked in and the apartment did not have enough cutlery.

Check in, check out was easy. Staff were helpful. Equipment in the apartment was pretty complete. Met all the practical needs. Free parking.

We were unfortunate, our apartment was not super clean when we arrived but the staff did take action when we spoke to them about it. Overall the outside areas could have been better maintained, in terms of keeping it clean.

Absolutely bewtiful, apartment was equipped with everything, very stylish & comfortable, the grounds &the village were superb, stunning grounds & facilities, very well thought out & looked after, lots of different accommodation from apartments to terrace houses to detached grand & cottages in the woods. Just like a stylish village, well impressed.

Although we had 2 bathrooms there was no toilet in them but 1 separate toilet, this was inconvenience for 4 people, we thought it would have had private toilets when I booked, disappointed when we all had to share. It would have been good to have a shuttle bus into town & to &from the airport as the taxis are mega expensive & charges change from taxi to taxi, 20 mins from airport & we were charged 55 euro from the airport & 72 euro back, so a shuttle would be welcome or even a bus from the resort as we spent nearly 400 euro in 4 days on taxis

Very surprised that we got washing up liquid and brushes, shower gel and shampoo, but we had to buy our own toilet paper..... What's the first thing you often need to do when you arrive in your room?? We had to make do with old tissues from the back of the baby's buggy

Perfect Resort

The resort has different types of accommodation to choose from, for us there was a private swimming pool in addition to the public swimming pool, kids play areas are scattered around the resort. A small grocery shop and a bakery available. The restaurant was also good. In general , we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful week in Maastricht staying in a beautiful Dormio resort.

The complex is a hidden gem. It's located in the suburbs of Maastricht surrounded by lush green fields. It was quiet and cool at night which provided for a very comfortable sleep. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished. Memory foam mattresses were much appreciated after long days walking through Maastricht. The onsite bakery was wonderful offering fresh delicious pastry every morning. The resort also has quick access to the City Centre (about 5 minutes by car).

Each room had a separate shower room but a shared toilet in the hallway. It would be easier to have one in each room. Other than that everything was great.

The unit was clean and had good facilities.

Parking was a bit of an issue. There weren’t enough parking spots near the unit we rented. we ended up having to park much further away and walk with our luggage for ~5 minutes (about 500 meters). We were visiting with our kids, one of whom has special needs and cannot walk a long distance.

1. Room heater is terrible for apartments. It doesn't even work well when you turn on the nob. It centralized so after waiting there for there auto timer for heater on we got the house warm. But be aware at night it turn off all of a sudden and you will feel cold. 2. Throwing garbage and location for Throwing at the parking lot is terrible .
