This newly remodeled fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage home is perfect for anyone wanting to get away to the most desirable area of South Mission Beach. As native San Diegans who moved to northern California for work, we wanted a home we could share with friends and one we could bring our kids to so they could enjoy ALL the great perks San Diego has to offer. We take a tremendous amount of pride in our beach paradise and we want you to feel like you are in your home away from home when you stay here. It's a perfect spot to bring the kids for a family get-a-way or maybe a girls or guys weekend. Perhaps a romantic trip away from the hustle & bustle of home or a climate change. San Diego weather is the BEST in the country all year round! The house sits just steps away from both beauitiful Mission Bay and the sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean. Take a morning walk on the bayside with your coffee and at night watch the sunset with a glass of wine on the beach. It is in a quiet location surrounded by home owners who live there full time in addition to other beach rentals. You really wouldn't need your car once you arrived because everything is within walking or biking distance. The corner market has everything including supplies, food, and a full service deli. There are restaurants all over the place and a Vons grocery store down the road that will delivery groceries to your door! There is one large carport at the house and a parking lot for other family members or visitors a few yards away. The atmosphere on the bayside is quiet, peaceful, family oriented, and respectful. Beach towels, misc beach fun toys, boogie boards are included for your use. Surfboards, bikes, boats, rollerblades, skateboards, and kayak rentals nearby. Enroll your kids Junior Lifeguards or camps at Mission Bay Aquatic Center. Wavehouse, pool, athletic center and Belmont amusement park are literally across the street. The Beach House came exactly as advertised. Parking was easy, and the layout was perfect for our family. The house was clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect in that it was quiet and close to the bayside, but just minutes away from the ocean side. Glen (owner) was very attentive and answered any and all questions we had.

It was a really nice place. I just wish I would have known that when it stated AC, it was only for the master bedroom. We had a couple of warm days which made it warm in the house with no AC. Other than that, it was great. Nice and roomy and close to Belmont Park, which the teenagers loved.

We loved this cozy beach house! Excellent location, comfy furnishings, wonderful all around. We didn’t get to use the fire pit but enjoyed the grill, the beach chairs, boogie board, and well-stocked kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Glen and Barbara!
