About this house rental
Located in South Mission Beach, San Diego, Enjoy this 2 bedroom 2-bathroom First floor 732 Beach House! Primary bedroom has a Queen bed & full ensuite bathroom, guest room has two twin beds. The bedrooms have TVs and large closets and fans in every room. There is an additional full bathroom across the hall. There is a spacious living room with a SmartTV and comfortable couches, one is a pull out bed! Our newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked, enjoy home cooked meals at the spacious 6-person dining table. There is a large sunlit front patio as well with a BBQ and outdoor dining area which can seat up to 8 people :) It is shared with the upstairs unit. Property is situated at the end of the peninsula, surrounded by water, just steps from the beach/boardwalk (only 4 houses in!) and just across the street from the pristine and peaceful bay. Belmont Park only a 10-min walk along the boardwalk where you'll find bars, restaurants, cafes, markets, rental shops & shopping! Place was just as described. Perfect for me and my 3 kids. Spend hours and hours at the beach each day, was nice to be able to go back and forth from the beach to the house with in just a few minutes. Grilled up some steaks and enjoyed our meal on the table out front. Will definitely visit again!

Main things I was looking for in B&B:It had 2 nice sized rooms with TV in kids room2 bathrooms with bathtub in oneVery close to the beach- son had a fold up wheelchair which B&B easily accommodatedBoardwalk easily accessible with WC and very closeKitchen had everything you neededAC -actually had issues first day but host was quick to respond and fix and was always available. I would definitely stay here again

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful beachside home! The location was perfect, just a few steps from Mission Beach and super convenient to everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Most places were only about a 15–20 minute drive away. The house was very clean, well maintained, and had plenty of room for our group to spread out comfortably. We also loved having a nice kitchen to cook meals in during the trip. We spent a lot of time outside on the porch, which we loved!Overall, such a great spot for a San Diego stay and we’d definitely come back! Thank you Lisa!
