Welcome to your dream rental, nestled in the heart of Mission Beach, San Diego. This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal getaway for families, couples, and friends.
Key Features:
• Prime Location: Just steps away from the sandy shores of Mission Beach, enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your private balconies.
• Modern Amenities: A fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating, perfect for cooking and entertaining.
• Spacious Living: Relax in the cozy living room with a gas fireplace, or unwind in the oversized master suite with a walk-in shower and double sinks.
• Convenience: In-unit washer and dryer, and a 2-car tandem garage for easy parking.
• Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friend along (one pet allowed). Pet's are subject to approval. Please inquire with the age, weight and breed of the pet.
NOTE: large vehicles won't fit in the garage. It can only fit standard-sized, and vehicles up to 80 inches. Vehicles the size of Ford Bronco or Chevy Traverse will fit fine, as long as they are not modified.
We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
• The minimum age to book is 25.
• We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
• Rentspree application required for reservations of 26 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.
• All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise.
• To be part of the future of the Guest Experience, we provide the Guest Portal, which contains information like door code entry and wifi info, via our third-party partner DACK. This information can be accessed through a downloaded app or through a web link.
• Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removal pads for your convenience!
• Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them:
1. No smoking in the house ($100 fee for breaking)
2. Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friend along (one pet allowed). Pet's are subject to approval. Please inquire with the age, weight and breed of the pet.
3. No parties on the premises ($200 fee for breaking)
4. We have technology that ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please do not remove, unplug, or interfere with any hardware at the property. ($200 fee for tampering).

Lost & Found Return Policy:
We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method. Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.

Beautiful home with ocean views. Pro's: clean, location, connection with property owner.Con's: Walk up is rough if you need the hand rail (rust, ooof that hurt), garage is narrow as shown in property pics, just beware. And ohhhh... the mattresses in the 2nd bedroom, i have slept on better otdoor camping cot's. Ouch.

well, the location is amazing and what I was looking for and expecting with the listing. the house was clean , redone & well furnished but few details were making the overall down as : king mattress has to be changed, pots/pans so old and over used , microwave plate not the right size, outside chair not fitting the table to enjoy the balcony, neighbor 's flag blocking the view .

Our stay was very good. The location was great and the condo was clean and had all we needed. Plenty of towels and bedding and a comfortable set up. The master bed slumped a bit and there were some broken drawers so a little updating there would be good. The keyless entry for the garage did not work so we had to make sure and keep the garage door opener with us so we could access our car. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
