Had a fantastic stay at this property. Communication with host was seamless and they responded to any issues promptly. Location was fantastic! Steps to both bay and beach and not far from downtown. Would absolutely stay again.

We were very happy with the house - it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for the needs of our family of 4. Great location - easy access to both the beach and the bay, and the included parking spot was a definite plus. We would love to stay again!

Such a cute beach house! Its in a great location for walking to the beach/bay and for walking to near by restuarants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with supplies. Communication with the host was A! When I thought I had a small issue (turned out to be user error on my part) and he was so quick to help me out on a sunday morning. Highly recommended this house, we had the best time in San Diego.

What a gem. This was a Spring Break trip with two of my adult children. This property was idealfor us. We cooked so the kitchen suited our needs and had what we needed. We grilled and found the grill well kept, newer and easy to use. There were even utensils for grilling, which is not always the case. The access to the beach was ideal. Unusually warm spring weather allowed us to use the beach chairs, again, in great shape. lived the walkway out the front door. I have recommended this place to family members and plan to come back as well. Convenient to zoo and other activities. Thank you for keeping this rental updated and the “amenities” in working order and updated. These things matter.
