Located in desirable South Mission Beach & just 2 houses to a white sandy beach, this premier offering features 2br + 1ba, sleeps 6 (5 adults MAXIMUM for all-adult groups), 1 garage parking, an expansive outdoor sun patio with seating + shade umbrellas + BBQ, bright & sunny open floorplan, all new kitchen & bath, hardwood floors, & beach chairs + towels + boogie boards. *NOTE no A/C in this home, fans are provided.
INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Situated on the entire upper level of a 2 unit property, this bright & lively Bali inspired offering is beach living at its best!
A set of stairs leads you to the main front entry, where you'll be greeted with a sunny spacious main living area surrounded by windows & beautiful hardwood floors. The living room includes a mounted SMART TV, comfy sofa sectional, & super cool hanging Bali beach wicker chair. Off the living room is a dining area & all new gourmet kitchen with Viking brand oven, custom cabinets galore, stainless steel refrigerator, & access to the sun deck (see Outdoor Features below…).
Off the hallway is the first bedroom with Full & Twin size beds, ceiling fan, & full closet. Further down the hallways is a full bath (tub/shower combo) & a spacious master retreat. The master includes a King size bed, Samsung SMART TV with cable, ceiling fan, & direct access to the sun deck.
OUTDOOR + OTHER FEATURES
• Expansive and exclusive sun deck with easy access from the kitchen &/or master bedroom (not shared with the ground level unit). This is the ideal gathering spot for your entire group & includes dining seating & lounge seating, BBQ, & shade umbrellas

• WATER ACTIVITIES If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
• ATTRACTIONS Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay

What a lovely home from the moment we walked in the kitchen is beautiful fully appointed there was not one thing in this beautiful kitchen missing… It had everything you needed to make a full meal!! the coffee machine/Keurig was so convenient. The rooms were beautiful the beds so comfortable, the linens were so comfortable and the pillows amazing! I seriously slept better there than I do in my own home in my own bed! The outdoor patio was so inviting. We enjoyed it every morning and evening, coffee and wine. It was truly serene, relaxing, and comfortable. We did not take advantage of the rentals, although we had every intention to, but we were able to use the chairs and towels for beach fun! The bathroom was stocked perfectly with plenty of towels and loved loved the rain, shower showerhead. Even though there is no AC, they are definitely stocked with plenty of fans, tower and round but every evening when we come in, we just open the windows and doors and it cooled off perfectly! Centrally located walking distance to the beach and Mission Beach 20 minutes to La Jolla 20 minutes to the Del Coronado. It was just situated perfectly! We will definitely be coming back.

We had a lovely stay over Christmas with our two older teens. Very comfortable beds. Nice, walkable location. Loved the fire pit/table on the patio. Our small rental car just fit in the garage. The supplied beach chairs to carry backpack style came in handy. No issues at all.

The location was great being so close to the bay and beach! I appreciated there being beach chairs, beach toys, and free rentals! It was a luttle far from restaurants with kids but overall we loved it!
