Enjoy the direct view of the ocean from the Master Bedroom and the upper balcony from this luxurious updated condominium on the 'Sunny Side of the Court'. Relax and sleep to the sound of the ocean waves as this property is just three buildings from the beach and just south of Mission Beach Park and Belmont Park. Property boasts an exclusive deck with private patio for the use by our guests as well as an additional even larger shared deck. You will enjoy the proximity to the Boardwalk and beach – less than 100 steps. The unit comes with a one car garage for parking and can be a tight fit. The approximate size of the garage is 17’ Long x 7.5’ Wide. Additional parking can be found on the street. Master bedroom is upstairs, and the other bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. Unit is light, bright and airy.

The bathrooms are completely stocked with separate shampoo, condition and body soap as well as fresh linens. All bedrooms have fresh linens and a washing machine and dryer are available in the unit if you feel up to doing laundry on your vacation.

This home has the benefit of extreme proximity to the beach – but it also is walking distance to the bay, Mission Bay and Belmont Park, as well as numerous restaurants and local shops. Take a walk or ride on the boardwalk right up to Pacific Beach.

Property is located within 10 minutes to: Seaworld, San Diego International Airport, Historic Old Town, Downtown San Diego, Seaport Village, Little Italy, Historic Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park and Museums, USS Midway Museum, and La Jolla and Torrey Pines Reserve.

The condo is super cute and has everything you need. The hot tub was fantastic! We were in it almost every night. The location is great! We had no issues with fitting our mini van in the garage. Stayed here with my parents for 4 nights in December. Lovely property, spacious, light and airy. Very clean. Kitchen well-equipped. There were lots of nice touches like snacks and bottles of cider provided, as well as plenty of delicious coffee pods for the coffee machine. There were even wash poufs in the bathrooms. Beds super comfortable. Easy to check in. Not too many "chores" to do before checking out. The host responded to my texts very quickly and let us go early and leave our luggage in the garage several hours before check in time. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in San Diego.

We really enjoyed our stay just after Christmas this year. The unit is literally steps to the beach, and a large private hot tub. Lots of room in the unit itself, and the kitchen was very well stocked. So nice to also have beach chairs available for comfortable beach going.

My family and I stayed here for our winter trip to the San Diego area. It met our needs perfectly. The bedroom with the bunk bed was perfect for our toddler to sleep in. The upstairs area was perfect for my wife and I to spend time together after we put our kid to bed. We utilized the private patio and hot tub even though the weather was cool in December. The location was great with access to the beach, Belmont Park, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

This place was perfect! So close to the beach without being directly on it. It had everything we could need while staying there. Loved using the hot tub! It was easy to access and communication with the property manager was great too! She replied quickly each time. We were supposed to bring our kids along but it didn’t work out but there was plenty of room for at least 4 ppl. Access to tv and board games too!

Great property. Very clean. Steps to the beach. It was nice not being right on the beach where it was so busy. Literally 30 or 40 steps and you’re on the sand. Location is right by Belmont park, which is a great spot for rides and games. Restaurants also close. Having a 1 car garage is a game changer. Ford Edge rental fit perfectly. Just do your homework and make sure your car is under 90” wide with mirrors. Beds are very firm- just be aware. Some people prefer that. Unit was very well stocked with lots of extra condiments, coffee, utensils, etc. Garage had 6-7 beach chairs that were really nice. Plus a couple sand umbrellas. Boogie boards were really high quality and we had a blast in the ocean every day. For the most part it was also very quiet at night. Unit isn’t brand new but great quality and value for the price.

This rental was well-designed and had 2 levels of living space. Master bedroom was upstairs and was quiet, spacious, and opened to deck. The second bedroom had bunk beds, but lower bed did not have a lot of head room, acceptable for children. Overall the unit had the feel of apartment living in a beach community, close to amusement park and other amenities.

We had a great stay! The condo is very spacious with room for us all. You can’t beat the location!!! Right off Mission Beach and right next to Belmont Park. Lacy the property manager was great. She was very responsive. The only issue I had is the size of the garage. Unless you are in a passenger car or small crossover I wouldn’t try squeeze into the garage. My minivan wouldn’t fit, but there is plenty of parking near by.

Loved our stay at this condo. The location to the beach was perfect. The unit itself was wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub and deck patio and appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and all the extras like coffee provided by the host. Lacy was great and always available to answer any questions we had. Garage parking is very, very tight, but we were made aware of this, and grateful there is garage parking.

Property manager, Lacy, was very responsive. Location is perfect. What I liked is that it is two houses from the beach (mission beach). I liked that it wasn’t right on the mission boardwalk because it just gets really busy and loud on the boardwalk so being two houses away is actually much nicer in my opinion. It’s close enough that you can easily walk over to the beach and it’s easy to carry chairs and toys. etc. Belmont park is literally right there. The house was clean, there were plenty of towels and beach towels. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and toys in the garage. We didn’t cook any of our meals so I didn’t check out the condition of the pots or pans but there were lots of plates, cups and utensils. We had a small vehicle so we had no issues getting our rental car into the garage. I believe others have mentioned it already but will echo the same that there is a good amount of foot traffic outside at night so just be aware of that. We enjoyed the hot tub. The one thing I would recommend for the owners is to buy a new couch. The living room couch is sagging and not comfortable. Everything is was great.

What a great condo! I’ve been home a week now. I booked this place by the reviews and I’m glad I did and this is why I’m adding to all the positive reviews. I booked this place because my husband and I renewed our wedding vows. Our oldest son lives in San Diego and our daughter who flew from NJ was there as well. We renewed our vows at sunset on the beach. Truly beautiful. Our son came back to the condo and cooked an amazing dinner. The kitchen has all the accommodations down to Tupperware with matching lids! 😁 Clean up wasn’t bad. Very nice dishwasher. The upstairs master bedroom was gorgeous. The walk in closet was crazy and having a hot tub right out your bedroom door wasn’t too shabby 😁 The shower water pressure was great too. (that’s something that’s a positive for me) Something about looking out your bedroom window and see the beach and “boardwalk”. It’s like a scene from Baywatch 😆 but seriously there was not a thing that we needed down to beach chairs. Lacy was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this property.

Let me start off by saying the pictures do not do this condo any justice. It is so much bigger in person and provides perfect privacy for two separate families. Upon arrival the parking garage is very small, which we've learned parking spaces in general are very small in San Diego. Just be prepared if you have a larger vehicle that it can be a little stressful if you're not use to parking in tight areas. You go up a set of stairs to enter into a beautiful condo equipped with coffee, snacks, and even beverages. All the dishes and appliances you could ever need. It was very clean and nicely decorated making it feel like home. The couch converts to a pull out bed if needed, double queen bunk beds downstairs with one bathroom that has an adjoining door to the bedroom. HUGE TV's in living room and both bedrooms with roku. You then go up a pretty staircase to the master suite that has a huge walk-in closet, as well as another spacious closet. Huge garden tub with a bigger bathroom. Beach view from master bedroom window. Two doors that exit outside, one to a smaller patio that has a flight of stairs to go outside; the other enters the balcony to a private hot tub and grill. The hot tub did not seem to get as hot as we would normally like, but would be great if the temperature was warmer outside. We did not use the barbecue grill but it was ready and available to us. Although the gate to private hot tub balcony area would not latch for us to close/lock. (Just make sure you lock the door that leads directly back into the bedroom)That door leads out to another huge shared balcony with an amazing Beachview. On the larger balcony that is shared there is an outdoor bathroom if you have kids running in and out from the hot tub that would be perfect for them to use. Towels as well as beach towels were provided, washer and dryer with detergent and fabric sheets as well. Plenty of beach chairs/toys in garage to use. You are just a few steps from the beach, close to lots of food (some cheap and so good) and shopping. Belmont Park is a must as it is right by you. This place definitely exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to return. Best area to stay in with kids of any age. We debated between La Jolla and MissionBeach area. Although La Jolla is a HUGE must day trip we were so happy with our choice! We were even allowed to check in a little earlier thanks to the amazing property management.

Excellent location! The beach is only few minutes away. We also enjoyed the short walk to the boardwalk restaurants, especially El Jefe Tacos for lunch. The property was very spacious. Much larger than we had anticipated from the photos. Our family had a great time and can't wait to return!

Our young family had an amazing time at this condo. To access the property you do need to climb stairs. The bedroom on the Main floor was perfect for kids to spread out and sleep. Our 12-year-old preferred the hide-a-bed in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Including settings for both kids and adults. The upstairs patio was great. We used the hot tub in the morning when the beach was still too cold. There is not really any view from the patio, but it’s a nice quiet place to relax. What makes this condo really great is the location. You’re 150’ from the beach. Belmont Amusement park is a block away. There’s a small local grocery store 2 blocks away. Airport is a 17 minute drive. Having the garage parking spot was a life saver. A minivan will barely fit in the garage if you close a side mirror. This property exceeded our expectation. Our family cannot wait to come back and stay again.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this rental. It is two houses from the lively oceanside beach and you have a view of the ocean from the master bedroom window. It is a 4 minute walk across the street to the quieter bayside beach. You are a 5 minute walk along the ocean to Belmont Park, restaurants, shopping, etc. The area is so fun and there is so much to do. Watch the sunset over the ocean and catch the Seaworld fireworks just before closing every night. The rental is in great condition, clean, and has been nicely taken care of. The kitchen has all the stuff you need to cook a family meal. The beds are comfortable. They had beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. Lacy the property manager was wonderful - super friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We let her know about a small issue and she texted me right back, stopped by and fixed everything. We would return in a heartbeat.

We were in need of a family beach getaway. We were meeting other families staying close by. We only needed to bring clothes, food, suit and sunscreen. Lacy has everything else you might need. Having a parking space is ideal, but we walked everywhere. Belmont or Mission Market has anything you forgot, but head to Ralph's to get your groceries for stay.
