It was perfect, great amount of space.Everything you needed. the beds were extremely comfortable. Love the patio outside, even though it could get a little loud outside at night. we have a really big truck. So I loved how we parked & didn't have to drive anywhere, because everything is in walking or riding bike distances..
Wish they had bikes that were up & working, also wish there were beach chairs & toys & boards to take to beach. very few toys & all balls flat. the house could of used a little bit more cleaning.(as in spiders & webs). it's really not that big of a deal to us, but to others that might of been not so good. the out door furniture was dry rotten & we would not sit on them scared of them breaking. this is just very minor things. wouldn't stop us from staying there.

It was older than we thought and parking was difficult

The apartment itself is nice and spacious, and location is good.
All windows facing quite noisy road, and we could hear this noise even with closed windows. Be prepared to wake up from the car sounds.
The parking spot is also quite tight. It is good that we were able to find a street parking.
