Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We booked Bayside Retreat for our 5-day trip with 3 adults ans 6 kids. The proximity to the beach and Belmont Park was great--lots of activities without having to travel far. There is also ample parking in the nearby amusement park, or along the street if available.
Neighbors are very nice, and the neighborhood is quiet. All the essentials are provided for in the home. Our whole family enjoyed the place, and would definitely book it again on a future trip.

Pillows are very flat. Second floor toilet seat needs replaced. Keeps sliding around or needs tightened from above . Kitchen and bathrooms stocked. Broom handle is broken. Need more washcloths in bath. Only had to buy tissues and food. Smaller suv fit in garage.plenty of drawer space and closets in bedrooms. Hangers provided but I brought my folded travel hangers. no laundry is a hassle. But kitchen baths stocked! Full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, sinks have liquid soap. I bought and left a chair for the beach. Kitchen cabinets has pretty much anything you will need. No spices, no olive oil, etc. kitchen has Keurig French press electric kettle. Bedroom nightstands do not have sufficient plug-ins for phones to charge, etc. second floor main bedroom. I had to go underneath the bed to unplug the light fixture and clock just to be able to plug in my phone. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

We loved the property, it’s as described. Some dated fixtures and fittings and spotty WiFi, but otherwise it made a wonderful home. Dealing with Vacasa on the other hand was a nightmare. The listing isn’t clear at times (eg when accessing the garage) and in the end no access to laundry despite chasing for 6 days. Very frustrating
