Private single story single unit rental ALL YOURS. Plus, the living area can seat 5-6 comfortably on the couch (which I change every other year) and the dining table seats 8 for games or dinner.

Single Unit Property- ALL YOURS!
The main living area (seats 5-6 adults) and large dining table (seats 8) will provide plenty of room to congregate comfortably.You will have a very “roomy” stay for everyone. It is situated on what I believe is the best courtyard in South Mission beach.
The beds are all new 2020 and higher end which are 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins The outside patio is big enough for large gatherings and great Bbq’s.
Cohasset Ct. is about a 10 minute stroll to the infamous Belmont Park which features an 80 year old roller coaster along with many other rides and attractions for both adults and children of all ages. There are also many fine restaurants and beachwear shopping at the park. Cohasset Ct. is also a two minute walk to two local bars and four restaurants along with a mini market.
“It comes with everything.... Beach chairs boogie boards umbrellas beach towels linens soap shampoo best of all you’ll love having AC. Washer/dryer and 1 car parking (20’ long).Parking on the street is just steps away. No laundering required…just have fun! There is a washer and a dryer in the garage.

The place is in an awesome location, just a couple blocks from both the ocean side and the bay side of Mission Beach. It has a parking spot which is an absolute must in that area. The air conditioning came in handy when there were a couple hot days and nights. It has all the amenities we needed: washer and dryer, beach toys/umbrellas/chairs, full range of dishes and kitchen utensils, and odds and ends like tin foil/dishwasher tabs/detergent. The host, Clark, went above and beyond with making us feel welcome and providing recommendations on things to do.
The only negative we had was in getting checked in and parked - we didn't get any information or check-in codes until we asked, there aren't any instructions on where to park, and it's a very confusing area between the alleys and walkways. We had to call Clark late at night (sorry Clark!) to figure out how to find the place and get parked. For anyone else who gets confused checking in - each house faces a "court" which is a sidewalk that leads to the beach and the bay. The house numbers are on the front of each house (facing the court/sidewalk) and you park in the back alley which doesn't have any house numbers or street markings. You park next to the garage (really just a wooden shed) and enter from the side or the front of the house.
Overall, this was an excellent property with an excellent host. We would stay here again the next time we visit San Diego.

Perfect home to sit back and relax after a day on the beach! Super close and easy 15 second walk and your feet are in the sand. Can’t wait to go back!
