About this house rental
This is a great location and has everything you want in a beach getaway. We have beach cruisers for riding the boardwalk, surfboards for the ocean and paddleboards for the bay. We are located 1/2 block to the bay and 1 short block to the Pacific Ocean Tower 19, where there is a designated swim and surf area so you can surf and swim without worries. We provide plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach wagon to help with getting toys to the beach, so no need to bring with you. Just drop off your bags and enjoy!
This is a 3 story townhome. There is an attached tandem car garage which will fit 2 small cars or LG SUV or Pickup for parking and a washer/dryer for your convenience on the 1st floor with a designated BBQ grill and 6 person patio table for grilling and chilling in the front. There is a king bed located in the master bedroom with private bath and a pull out queen sofa sleeper on the 2nd floor, then 3 single beds with a trundle with full bath on the 3rd floor, along with a private small deck with a seating area.
Amazing local restaurants are within walking distance, there is a rental place located within a block as well if there aren’t enough bikes or surfboards in the garage. Also there is the Mission Bay Aquatic Center is 1 block away if you want to rent a sail/power boat, couple kayaks, or Jet Skis. The area is 10 minutes to the airport, La Jolla, Old Town, Harbor Drive, Liberty Station, Balboa Park, the Zoo, Seaworld and Point Loma.
This house really is located in the center of all that Mission Beach has to offer.

The location is perfect! The place is great for a group of 6 (4 boys slept upstairs). The best part is that the place has plenty of beach stuff and toys (paddle boards, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, etc)! We didn’t even have to drive around to places, we rode our bikes to the pier, beaches, restaurants & Belmont Park). The host is friendly and communicative. Highly recommended!

This home is in a perfect location and was plenty big enough for our family of four. My only advice to the managers would be to get a new Internet router or to boost their Internet capabilities for their guest. Other than that, the beach toys were amazing. The instructions were easy to follow. We would come back. Belmont park is a really good time and only a 8-10 mins bike ride. Ubers were very easy to get. We’d book again.
