About this apartment rental
We have a 28 night maximum for bookings but willing to go longer depending. Just let us know before sending booking request. We ask that guests have a 5 star rating before booking and booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Even for Instant Booking.
This top floor condo is in a prime location in Mission Beach and is about 100 steps to the Ocean. There is a huge grassy park right next door. Historic Belmont Park is an easy walk of about two blocks. Central to all major sites, the Zoo, Sea World, Old Town, La Jolla and more.

There are 4 bikes, 4 boogie boards, coin washer and dryer downstairs, 1 car garage for average to small cars. Complete kitchen, bedding, and linens. One king, bunk beds are full size, futons are full size. Sleeps up to six. Nice floor plan. WiFi, Tvs

We will meet you for a brief orientation, or if you are arriving late we have codes to give you and meet you for orientation at your convenience.
The neighborhood
We love it's location ! Not many areas in the world have the Ocean AND Bay just steps away. There are miles of flat bicycle/walking paths on the Bayside, and of course on the Oceanside is the miles long Boardwalk. Walk to restaurants, and Belmont Park, guests say it's location perfect !
Getting around
Yes, there is a bus stop near by. It is an easy drive from the air port nearby.

The air conditioning is a unit for each bedroom. It is not central air.

My biggest hang up is that it was pretty challenging to find. And too many different codes for everything, I couldn’t remember them all. I LOVED having bikes to use! I think that’s the one thing we used almost every single day. We loved just going on the boardwalk and riding our bikes for miles. We had plenty of sleeping space and beds, all of which were super comfortable. Loved that we had a parking space in a garage for our rental and in that garage was everything you could ever want for the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

It is obvious Darrell and Adam care about their guest experience. We were personally welcomed at check in and received a quick tour. Everything we needed was provided. We are a family of three, with an 18 year old son. Here are a few key points to help others decide if this rental will work for their family.
Location- 15 minutes from the airport, zoo, La Jolla and Balboa Park, USS Midway and many other things. So easy to get around. We walked to Belmont Park every evening.
Parking- thank goodness for the garage. If you are familiar with this part of town you know parking is at a premium. The listing says the garage will accommodate a small to medium vehicle. Heed this advice. Shorty after checking in people arrived in a minivan at another unit. They couldn't make it into the garage.
Air conditioning - we visited in August, the hottest month of the year. AC was much appreciated. Also the white noise of the units helped block out the traffic noise. We are light sleepers, but we slept great here.
Beach- literally a one minute walk. Gorgeous beach and sea breeze. If you have small children and prefer the bay it is just across the street.
We are sure you will enjoy your stay!
