Note that the full bed in the loft, which is accessible only by ladder, is best suitable for the more adventurous guest - older kids love it! After a fun-filled day exploring the local surroundings, a soak in the jetted tub will relax you for a good night's rest in the king-sized bed. Wake up and find your new favorite place to be among the trees enjoying the simplicity of Wren’s Den! This vacation rental is located in Black Mountain and is approximately 19 minutes to downtown Asheville.

• A visit to the Village of Cheshire provides an authentic mountain experience with a convenient location. Please note there is no parking next to this cabin. Be prepared to encounter rough terrain such as steep, unpaved trails leading to your cabin and stone stairs when walking to your cabin from the parking area. Appropriate footwear and easy-to-carry luggage are strongly suggested. This cabin is not recommended for guests with mobility limitations due to the nature of the location.
• While the cabin is surrounded by trees, this cabin is centrally located in the Black Mountain area and traffic can be heard from the nearby road, particularly during peak commuting hours and summer season.

Rooms were clean, except for dust under the bed. The bed and decor were looked great and were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoyed the exceptional views of surrounding nature.

This was a beautiful cabin for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. We, unfortunately, picked the absolute worst time to visit, as we were in the cabin during hurricane Helene. We had no power or water, but otherwise this would've been the perfect place to spend with loved ones. The neighborhood is convenient and beautiful
