About this house rental
White Oak Cottage is a cozy one level two bedroom, two bath cottage within walking distance and only a few blocks away from downtown Black Mountain's charming shops and great restaurants. Right off of Montreat Rd. between Black Mountain and the Montreat gate, this home has been totally remodeled in 2016 and features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, fully stocked kitchen and Hickory hardwoods. Great outdoor space with a covered front porch, rear gazebo and large landscaped yard makes a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or lounging in the evening. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the secondary bedroom has two twins, each with flat screen smart TV's.
This property is adjacent to two other of our vacation rentals. All three would be great to rent together for a family gathering or event. The location was close to downtown where we dined and enjoyed shopping. The cottage is warm, cozy and very quiet. It was very clean and everything we needed was available. Each bedroom has it's own restroom which I know is important to some. It was very roomy and seemed larger than the square footage listed. The process was easy and seamless. We would stay again!

The home was well-equipped, comfortable, beautifully landscaped and decorated, and the kitchen was perfectly outfitted for our weekend stay.

This is a perfect get away place! We loved the home, the decor, the well stocked kitchen, the open living area with lots of windows, and the clean bathrooms. The king bed was firm and comfy. This location is near downtown Black Mountain, and was so easy to navigate to and from wherever we were going. We will book again!

Everything was great. The home was clean and very well laid out - we liked that each couple had their own bathroom in their bedroom. Access was easy and convenient.
