Comfortable, wonderful place hosted by a wonderful cat lady

The place is very well located, close to shops and beautiful landscapes. The room is big, super clean with nice touches. Roberta, the host is a fantastic woman, adorable, friendly, funny. We loved ever second we spent in her place. The breakfast was abundant and served with love. We highly recommend this b&b!

Amazing

Everything. Roberta was a lovely host, she was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and so was breakfast. The location is great, only 15-20 minutes walk away and a supermarket round the corner. We were able to securely park our motorbike behind the gated property. Overall excellent value for money and well worth a visit. Roberta gave great restaurant recommendations and the lake area itself is lovely and vibrant. If we come back to Arona we will definitely be staying there and will recommend it to our friends.

New renovated rooms in the central location.

Very beautiful house in the central location (close to airport, maggiore lake and many attractions). Newly renovated rooms with full equipment , clean and inviting. Convenient parking. Host (Roberta) is super nice and ready to assist for anything.

Italian breakfast (without vegetables and eggs) is not for me but probably standard for zimmers and children liked it.

lovely overnight stay - as separate part of a family home

The one room bedroom/living area was large enough to easily accommodate a comfy full size single pull out bed. It has a little terrace with seats and table to sit outside overlooking the private drive area. The bathroom is clean and beautifully presented with a lovely shower, loo, bidet and feature sink. Roberto did us a wonderful breakfast that we could enjoy either in the larger common terrace area, or in our room on our own terrace. Secure parking with key fob. Totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you Roberto.

Roberta gave us a very warm welcome, good recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants, room is quite big and lovely decorated as the complete B&B, looks even better in reality as on the pictures, parking for free inside the ground, italien breakfast served outside on the terrace with big variety of sweet choices and fruits, very nice stay

Perfect in every way

We got a very friendly welcome and fabulous service from the lady host, she could not have been nicer. The room was super clean and bed was very comfortable, the shower was first class also. We had a delicious breakfast and ate our own food on the lovely terrace. My motorcycle was parked very safely behind electronic gates so we had no security worries. The walk into town was short and a pleasant one, the host gave us great guidance. I highly recommend this accommodation in Arona, it is very easy to find.

We had a great week at the B&B Il Gatto Stanco and would highly recommend the place. Highlights were: - Very kind, helpful and amiable host Roberta (Thank you!) - The price was very fair for what it has offered - The room offered everything one could want and it was very clean - Free parking at the ground - Breakfast was good, fresh and there was something different every day - Close to the center, sea side, banks, gas station, supermarket (5-10mins walk, max 5mins by car)

Persönlicher herzlicher Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Roberta .Roberta ist ein Sonnenschein .Bei kühlen Tagen toller Zimmerservice mit einem sehr guten italienischen Frühstück, immer frischen Fruchtsalat und Früchte, liebevoll hergerichtet auf einem Servicewagen. Grosses Zimmer und Bad mit kleinem Balkon. Guter grosser Parkplatz, gesichert bei dem Haus .Bei gutem Wetter grosse gemütliche Terrasse.. Fussläufig 10minuten zur Promenade und zur Altstadt .Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Wohngebiet in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gute Bäckereien und Konditoreien ,sowie Bars in der Nähe. Roberta spricht mehrere Fremdsprachen sehr gut und wir konnten uns gut in Spanisch unterhalten. Prospeckte und Karten und Tipps von der Gastgeberin . Süsses Abschiedsgeschenk.

Preis/Leistung bei einer perfekten Gastgeberin stimmt.

Roberta ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Alles hat immer gut geklappt. Das italienische Frühstück war sehr lecker. Der Parkplatz an der Unterkunft ist groß und hinter einem automatischen Tor auch sicher. Die lange Uferpromenade in Arona ist in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sonst gibt es auch viele Parkplätze, meistens kostenpflichtige.

Roberta ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sie ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Mit ihr konnte man sich gut unterhalten. Sie hat uns auch bei der Abreise geholfen da an unserem Abreisetag die italienische Bahn gestreikt hat. Das italienische Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, welches immer auf der sehr schönen Terrasse serviert wurde.

Alle Erwartungen an die Unterbringung und Gastfreundschaft wurden bei weitem übertroffen.

Eine kleine sehr gemütliche, saubere, familiär geführte Pension. Die Gastgeberin, Roberta, gibt einem jederzeit das Gefühl nicht nur Gast sondern auch König(in) zu sein. Jederzeit hilfsbereit, fröhlich und aufgeschlossen. Der Gast ist hier wahrlich willkommen. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind liebevoll eingerichtet und, so schien es zumindest, frisch renoviert. Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste im Il Gatto Stanco und unsere Erwartungen an Bequemlichkeit, Atmosphäre und Gastfreundschaft wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Die Altstadt, die Uferpromenade und der Hafen sind Fußläufig gut erreicbar. Wer Wert auf hervorragende und erliche Gastfreundschaft, Frühstück auf der sonnenbeschienenden Terasse, gepflegte und saubere Unterbringung, mit einer jederzeit gut gelaunten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin legt, ist hier am richtigsten Ort. Wir bedanken uns, von Herzen, für eine wunderschöne, erholsame Urlaubswoche bei unserer Gastgeberin Roberta.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Urlaub am Lago Maggiore

Das B&B liegt etwa 1,2 km vom Zentrum Arona entfernt. Im Hof befinden sich zwei bequem große Autostellplätze. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, mit kleinem Kühlschrank, schönem modernem Bad und einem kleinen Balkon. Frühstücken kann man auf einer liebevoll ausgestatteten großen Terrasse. Die Vermieterin Roberta ist einfach prima. Sie serviert ein leckeres Frühstück, hat viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Besichtigungen und Restaurants. Außerdem achtet sie auf viele Kleinigkeiten (z.B. immer eine neue Flasche Mineralwasser und kleine Snacks auf dem Zimmer, Regenschirm zum Ausleihen und vieles mehr). Man fühlt sich persönlich wahrgenommen. "Mille Grazie, Roberta!"
