Comfortable, wonderful place hosted by a wonderful cat lady
The place is very well located, close to shops and beautiful landscapes. The room is big, super clean with nice touches. Roberta, the host is a fantastic woman, adorable, friendly, funny. We loved ever second we spent in her place. The breakfast was abundant and served with love. We highly recommend this b&b!

Amazing
Everything. Roberta was a lovely host, she was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and so was breakfast. The location is great, only 15-20 minutes walk away and a supermarket round the corner. We were able to securely park our motorbike behind the gated property. Overall excellent value for money and well worth a visit. Roberta gave great restaurant recommendations and the lake area itself is lovely and vibrant. If we come back to Arona we will definitely be staying there and will recommend it to our friends.

New renovated rooms in the central location.
Very beautiful house in the central location (close to airport, maggiore lake and many attractions). Newly renovated rooms with full equipment , clean and inviting. Convenient parking. Host (Roberta) is super nice and ready to assist for anything.
Italian breakfast (without vegetables and eggs) is not for me but probably standard for zimmers and children liked it.

lovely overnight stay - as separate part of a family home
The one room bedroom/living area was large enough to easily accommodate a comfy full size single pull out bed. It has a little terrace with seats and table to sit outside overlooking the private drive area. The bathroom is clean and beautifully presented with a lovely shower, loo, bidet and feature sink. Roberto did us a wonderful breakfast that we could enjoy either in the larger common terrace area, or in our room on our own terrace. Secure parking with key fob. Totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you Roberto.
