Pleasant stay
The hosts were more than happy to help with anything, super friendly and always available for questions and needs. The room was comfortable, air conditioned, and had a beautiful cozy balcony. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Bella Vita guesthouse. I would definitely recommend it to friends.
The room could have a few more things, like cutlery and plates and glasses. Although they were provided to us immediately when we asked. so, not a big deal. :)

Great location, nice host and pleasant stay!
To begin with,, the location is great: 10min from the station on foot, which means you can reach Stresa, Milano or the other towns around Lago Maggiore really easily. The harbor and the city centre are closeby too. In regards to the room, it was big enough for 2 people, the bathroom wasn't huge but functional. The AC and small fridge were life savers with the hor weather. The host was super nice and let us check out way later than planned, in order for us to leave our luggage in the room and catch our train later in the afternoon. Also, we can use the garden/outdoor area if we want to, which is pretty cool!
To be honest, nothing to say apart from the fact that the noise the small fridge makes might be disturbing to some. It didn't stop us from sleeping though :-)

Good option in Arona
The room was clean, in a nice house with a beautiful garden. The house is also not too far from the lake (10-15 minutes walk). The breakfast was nice.
You could hear the people from the other rooms quite a lot. This didn't bother us too much but could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. The breakfast is provided in a bar near the lake, so you have to walk 10-15 minutes to go get your breakfast (as we understood, driving there was not possible due to lack of parking facilities). We didn't find that very convenient but we knew in advance so it was not a big problem.

Comfortable stay
While the location was not in the main/ historic part of Arona, it was in a safe, residential area where you can walk easily to the lake. It was within 10min walking to the Arona train station, and also to Lake Maggiore. Restaurants, supermarket, lake-side promenade were all within walking distance. Hostess Roberta was perfect, and provided with all the information we needed, and also dropped us to the train station upon check out. Room was spotless and very comfortable with electric kettle and pastries provided.

Very good
I liked that it was clean and quiet. It was a great value. A 5min walk to the train or boats. Arona is a great place to base out of to explore the lake region.
I did not like having to go to a separate business for breakfast. Also a little more choice than a cafe and croissant would have been nice.
