The hotel was generally clean and comfortable; however, I was disappointed that there were no snacks available on site, especially in the evening when everything outside was closed. In addition, the toilet floor looked quite old and damaged, which took away from the overall comfort of the room. These are areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

Standard room was pretty beat up.

Location is great for a quick access to the town and train station.

Room was a bit dated. Trim on the door was falling off. No outlets by the beds. Upgrades for a better view seem worth it.

The location of the hotel is great and the staff was super friendly. Also the breakfast was nice!

The rooms are very gold and not well maintained. I had to switch rooms because one of the rooms had water coming from the roof.

Perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Although parking a problem they helped with free passes for street parking.

The place could do with a bit of decorating and the air conditioning in our room wasn’t great but as weather wasn’t hot at the time of our visit it wasn’t a problem.

Perfect lakefront stay

The best location right at the lakefront. We absolutely loved this hotel. Simple rooms with lovely view into the street. The ones with the lake view must be spectacular! Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. Very easy walk to the train station. Arona itself is a gorgeous town. We only stayed a night but we will be back.

OK/Good budget hotel with basic breakfast and great location.

The location is perfect, short distance to every direction. Hotel staff is excellent and everything went as one hopes. I had the most basic room, and it's very good value for under 100e. Not new by any means, so if you are looking for that, go to another place.

Beds are a bit hard for my liking, walls are thin and garbage truck emptying out the glass bottles every morning at 7am isn't optimal. I wouldn't say they are deal breakers but I wouldn't pay over 100e for this.

Very enjoyable and would consider staying at this hotel if in the area.

The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Also members of staff were unobtrusively clearing the tables so guests didn't have to wait long for one.

I disliked the lack of on site or secure parking at the hotel. In view of the age and value of our cars it would have been a bonus if there had been.

Holiday at the lakeside

The location is very good. Tha staff is kind and friendly. The receptionist gave us a parking permit that was valid everwhere in Arona.

To say something - the air-conditioning machine was quite noisy in our room.

The view from the little balcony is amazing. Room is partially renovated and comfortable, great value for money. Everything was clean. Staff super nice. Perfect location

Overall happy with the hotel. Minor things to be aware of: wifi is weak, common areas in the hotel not renovated, rooms not soundproof, would skip breakfast. None of this was important to us

The location was exceptional. The view from my balcony superb. The staff friendly informative & helpful. The breakfast was delicious. All in all a very enjoyable stay, would of happily stayed longer if time had permitted. And I had a bath & a shower, best of both.

The hotel would need to be renovated. Everything in the bedroom looked old and tired. Tiny shower 1m x 1m, could barely move in ir and change of water temperature during shower time (suddenly extremely hot).

The location close to the ferry station and to the old part of the town. Room was comfortable and spacious.

The shower was small, it might be difficult for big people. Breakfast was not amazing.

Nice staff, good area, the place is good for the price.

when entering the room it smells musty, and there’s mold on the shower head and tiles. apart from that it’s an ok place, even if not very attractive. it was very unfortunate that there were extremely disorderly guests who not only talked very noisily from 1:50 until 4 am, but also shouted abuse at other guests asking them to shut up, laughed at the night porter who tried to do the same and then even started shouting at each other with her having a melodramatic fake crying spell that could be heard all over the place. I was told that calling the police would have disrupted us even more, but maybe not quite for that long.
