We had a great stay in Arona at Le stanze di Alicam. Highly recomment

Super clean and nice room - very comfortable bed. The host was very kind and made the check-in process simple. It is very quiet and residential by the room but just a short walk down to the lake and city center.

Lovely room in quiet part of town a short walk from the centre

Lovely room, nicely decorated and very clean. Everything went really smoothly and Cristina is an amazing host. She even gave us a lift to the train station as it just started to rain the moment we wanted to leave. Highly recommended.

Excellent, our fault for not staying longer

It was all you required for comfortable quiet , leisurely stay. Wish we had stayed longer! The host was friendly and helpful. The stop over was made better to an already beautiful place.

Very nice apartment, very quiet and very comfortable, very good communicator beforehand, very helpful hosts, who even ordered and collected pizzas for us after our late arrival, would highly recommend!

Ottima struttura

Camera molto bella, attrezzata con tutte le comodità, bagno spazioso, doccia enorme, letto comodo. La struttura si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, zona tranquilla, parcheggio interno privato. Cristina la proprietaria, gentilissima. Direi ottima location.

Logement calme, assez grand et bien situé. Lit confortable. Snack et boissons offerts appréciés. La propriétaire a proposé d'apporter nos valises à la gare en voiture.

Отличные апартаменты!! Безупречно чисто, уютно. Видно что хозяйка отеля очень заботится о гостях. Всегда на связи. Спасибо большое за кофе, круасаны, йогурт. Вечером, магазин не нашли, все было очень кстати!

Отдаленность от центра города. Только по этому снизила оценку. Для тех кто на машине, проблем нет. Во дворе парковка.

Petite chambre joliment rénovée, propre et cosy, possibilité de garer la voiture dans la cour, super salle de bain avec grande douche à l’italienne. Accès facile au lac et centre ville en 15 min à pied.

Stanza confortevole, gradevolmente arredata e corredata, ampi spazi, accessoriata; praticamente non mancava nulla. Tutto molto pulito, stanze luminose e ben areggiate. Assortimento anche per la colazione, yogurt, marmellate, fette biscottate, croissants e plumcake, macchina per il caffè, bollitore per le tisane. Il bagno fornito di shampoo e bagnoschiuma, a disposizione anche un phone. Host gentile e premurosa. Alloggio super consigliato!

Ci si può tornare

Struttura in origine una grande abitazione su più piani trasformata in diverse 'camere e cucina' di ottime dimensioni, bagno nuovo con doccia grande. Conclude la proprietà un bel giardinetto privato (Per tutte le camere) con sedie, ombrellone e tavolo, qualche gioco per bimbi. La zona è un po' lontana dal lungo lago ma una corposa passeggiata ovvierá la distanza (con un bimbo di 5 anni è stata più facile all'andata). La proprietaria educata e molto disponibile (ci ha fatto trovare qualche leccornia per la colazione anche se non previsto dalla nostra prenotazione).

Alla camera accanto é stato permesso parcheggiare in 'cortile' dove mio figlio stava giocando (ed ovviamente ha smesso). Anche il ragazzo- autista era quasi incredulo di dover sospendere il gioco per la sua stessa auto ma insieme a me ha voluto rileggere la prenotazione ed era proprio il parcheggio loro concordato.

Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, tutto pulitissimo. Top il boiler con le tisane visto che siamo rientrati tardi dopo aver camminato sto e preso un po’ di freddo. Il bagno pulitissimo e la doccia grandissima.
