It was a pity Monique could only communicate in French. She used google translate for important information. But we would have liked a chat.

Very comfortable and well appointed loft suite in rural Belgium with friendly hosts.

Very roomy and comfortable loft suite but be aware it is up a steepish flight of narrow steps. Despite the language barrier (Google Translate helped with that!), the hosts were very helpful and friendly. A great continental breakfast served in their own kitchen.

A lovely b&b with a warm hostess and fantastic breakfast. It is an ideal place to stay for visiting the sanctuary in Beauraing.

Taking up the luggage to the 2nd floor requires a little effort.

Location is in the middle of nowhere. Not nature -like nowhere, really like nowhere. Hard to find. No room keys available!! No English speaking person.

The owner of the place was very nice and helped us with the problem of our car. Their son welcome us warmly.

The room was in the second floor and the way to go There was through 17 steep stairs . There was a coffee machine but without a coffee.

This is really to recommend.

They build a little romantic place to have your dinner in the evening (when the weather is good of course). The bedroom wow. A little salon, with tv and fridge and table with possibility to play a game, and then you have a second room with your bed. Just very very nice. Everything from the breakfast was nearly coming from neighbours and friends or self made like the bread, and all really nice.

The garden needs a little bit refreshing. But that is the only thing i would say. You don't spend your time in the garden you go the Ardennes to walk and to visit. So this is minor.

Of the dozens of B&Bs I’ve stayed in over the years, this is definitely the best.

Monique and Francis are gracious hosts who really care about their guests. At the end of a long day of travel, we shared a beer and some enjoyable conversation on their back patio.

There’s nothing not to like.

Rustige plek

De kamer was behoorlijk groot met een aparte leeshoek, en tafel, dus behoorlijk gerieflijk. Het is ook een rustige omgeving dus we hebben hier ook heel goed geslapen. Het ontbijt was behoorlijk.

Un vrai RÊVE GOURMAND ! Merci !

Nous avons été émerveillés lors de notre entrée dans la chambre: tout est joliment décoré, très propre, et le lit garni de draps brodés par madame elle-même ! Un RÊVE… Les hôtes sont très accueillants et d’une extrême amabilité. Nous avons reçu un délicieux petit déjeuner, bien diversifié et composé notamment de plusieurs produits maison (jus de pommes, confitures, gaufres et oeufs de leurs poules). … GOURMAND ! Nous avons eu avec eux des conversations intéressantes et conviviales. Bref, nous sommes entièrement satisfaits et nous y retournerons quand nous reviendrons dans la région.

Petit dejeuner de roi! Grande suite tranquille et énorme lit. L’hote est très agréable. Il y a tout pour bien se reposer avant de partir faire des randonnées

La description n’était pas claire. Il n’y avait pas du tout de Sauna comme indiqué dans la description. Il y a des photos de cuisine mais en réalité on ne peut pas l’utiliser, c’est à l’hôte. On a donc fait des courses pour rien et on a du trouver un restaurant pour dîner !
