Very pleasant close to public transport friendly helpful staff

Peaceful and quiet location bus stop only a few minutes walk away only 15 mins to town centre. bed v comfortable had good nights sleep. Complimentary tea coffee soft drink and bottle of water was nice.

Could stop again as convenient

Easy to find. On street parking. Close to beach. Room clean. Comfortable bed. Room layout had to be sympathetic to the building. This worked well as the bay window housed a table and chairs along with kettle for brews. Bathroom okay size for an overnight. Good storage in the room.

My first impression of the room was the iron mark in the carpet close to the bathroom. Either put a rug down or replace the carpet. The shower was poor - extremely low water pressure AND the head dropped. It is time for a replacement or add something to increase pressure. We could hear the room overhead late on in the evening. Not sure whether it was them being heavy footed or the building carrying noise. We were in room 3.

Great location, clean room and amazing host.

I spent 4 days at The Claremont in July 2025. The host, Amy, was delightful and could not have done enough for me. I had a comfortable clean single room with a good-sized ensuite. The room had tea and coffee making facility and a desk. There were great value breakfast options that set me up for the day. The location is very close to the promenade, town centre and golf course. Highly recommended.

I wasn’t able to have a grab n go early breaky before breakfast at 0800 timing. As I left for work for 0700 each day. My only fault - to grab a coussaint, orange juice,fruit n yogurt ‘To go’

Lovely B&B great for stays in the Lytham St Annes area. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely breakfast. Given a choice of a small or large portion. Tea/coffee refills. Fruit juices. Also, the owner Amy was really friendly. The location was ideal just a short walk from St Annes or you can take the coastal path into Lytham via Fairhaven. We thought our stay was excellent value for money.

we have advised our daughter to go there next year, when she goes to the Lytham Festival

the breakfast was absolutely brilliant, best we have ever had anywhere. Amy was brilliant with all of her services, we couldnt book the 2 nts that we wanted over the net, so thought they were fully booked, because we took the last room, so thought that we would be sleeping under the pier on the Sunday evening, but Amy said, well the same room is vacant, so I dont know why booking.com would not let u book in for the 2 nts. So of course we booked it straight away with Amy & had the room for £10 less because we weren't with Booking.com

just the floorboards creaked & being as I of us has 2 go to the toilet 3 times during the night, was worried in case it disturbed anyone on the floor below
