THE FULL ENGLISH WAS EXCELENT FRESHLY MADE ,PLENTYFULL,THE LOCATION WAS HANDY FOR BEACH,BUSES,BARS

the Hotel is perfectly placed for town centre and beach. Their continental breakfast was okay for us, but the cooked breakfast looked great. The room was a good size, comfy and clean with en suite. st annes beach is great, with its little pier and miles of sandy beach. check out the little cinema if you fancy a movie. loads of places for lunch and lots of restaurants for dinner. check out Ashton gardens for a chilled walk.

Breakfast was first class, plenty of choice on the continental and only £7 for a full English if desired. Perfectly situated with both the seafront and town just a short walk away.

Deb goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone who stays at Hollingsworth. Breakfast was great, towels changed and topped up coffee etc everyday. She is a breath of fresh air and we'd definitely stay again.

The room was small but that was reflected in the price we paid and so there's no complaints at all.

We had a great time at the Hollingworth and can strongly recommend it for everyone travelling to Lytham St. Annes. We felt very much at home and loved the hot chocolate after a day spent outside in the rain.

The bunk bed might have been a bit too short for our son, but he is rather tall.

The walls are quite thin so could hear someone's TV in the night, was easily resolved so not too much of an issue.

Our hosts were really lovely! the breakfast was delicious, with many different options to choose from. the room was clean and comfortable.

Central location close to seafront shops Restaurants & Bars within walking distance. Clean and modern room. Walk in spacious shower. Plenty tea coffee and biscuits on arrival. Debbie and Mike the hosts are lovely and friendly 😁 And to top it all Breakfast really nice and plenty of choice 👍🏻 What more can you ask for? Would recommend to anyone staying in St Annes. Nothing negative to say. Really positive and pleasant stay.

Continental breakfast included with plenty of choice and cooked breakfast on request for an additional charge. On site parking and a short walk to the town or the sea.

Where to start.. from the minute we booked with Deb and Mike, they made us feel extremely welcome. Emails and phonecalls to check on what we would require. Being our first holiday with our little baby, we were extremely anxious and worried about how she would settle. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with open arms. We were made to feel at ease instantly. The room was perfect it felt like a home from home. Spacious and comfortable, and they made sure the cot was nice and comfortable for Amelia. Rooms were far enough appart that you couldn't hear other guests or they hopefully couldn't hear our little girl if she cried. They had 2 cats lilo and stitch, which made it even more like home. :D instantly made me smile. The hotel itself is lovely. We loved it. The little complimentary teas and coffees and hot chocolates in the room. There were lots of bath towels, which was ideal. A hairdryer in the room and hangers !!!! Hangers are one thing I dont often see in a hotel. I've been to plenty where you are expected to leave them in suitcases. The room was spotless and very well looked after. Amelia settled immediately and to know our little girl was happy, and content meant the world to us. One evening after we had arrived back, amelia was a little upset... Deb instantly got her some toys and gave her some snuggles, which i felt was so lovely and just reiterated how lovely the 2 of them are. We sat in the lounge, and they put Bluey on for her (another lovely touch). i could honestly go on and on about this place. everything was spot on. The breakfast was probably one of the best we've ever had. Made fresh, and everything was cooked to perfection. We honestly struck gold with the Hollingworth, and we are already planning our next visit. I would highly recommend staying here.

We couldn't fault the place !!! There is absolutely nothing we would change about our stay other than us booking for longer, which we intend to do next time. We came away feeling like we had gained 2 friends. We can't wait to go back and see the cats,the children, and Deb and Mike again.
