The Eagle's Nest - NEW LISTING

The Eagle's Nest is a premium quality built carriage home suite (seperate building from our residence) that is fully self-contained, with all the amenities. We are located close to the Victoria International Airport, beautiful downtown Sidney and the Sidney/Anacortes Ferries. Great for couples, snowbirds, small families, business travelers, short and long stays; you'll find all the comfort and conveniences you need for your home away from home.
The space

This brand new, 645 sq foot, one bedroom private suite has a brand new Sterns and Foster Queen bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a sectional (with a double sofa bed pull out). You can watch your favourite movie or show on the 55 LED Samsung TV (there is also a Google Chromecast attached to the TV so you watch your Netflix, Crave, etc) or use the office space for your business needs, with free high speed internet (Internet 300 - really fast internet).

You will have use of a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee (Tassimo and Keurig machine) and tea as well as toast, waffles, granola bars, cereal, eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. The kitchen has all the amenities you need; a full stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, and pots/pans, with all the kitchenware and glassware you need. The living room is full of natural light and has a brand new sectional couch (can be used as a pull out double sofa bed) for you to rest your weary head. You have a bright, clean and modern full bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower. There is also a stackable washer and dryer for those long stays (with complimentary soap and fabric softner). Enjoy your glass of wine as you gaze out the giant and picturesque living room window as you try to spot the eagles soaring high protecting their Eagle's Nest in the distance.

Guest access

You can park on the street (under the streetlamp) and access the suite's private entrance via the main residence driveway (walk up the right side of the driveway and continue along the right side walkway).

Interaction with guests

We are located in the detached building behind you. We are always available by phone or text if needed, otherwise, we give our guests their privacy but happy to assist when needed :-).

Check-in is anytime after 4PM
Check out by 11AM
Self-check-in with Smart Lock
Quiet time 10pm - 7am
Please remove shoes at front door and place on stairs upon entering.

Leave the deep cleaning to us, but we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests. :-)
