The Inn was old but was okay. The breakfast was a topical hotel breakfast. Room was clean and ac/heat worked good and was quiet.

Staff convinced me to upgrade to their high end room, in part because it was serviced by an elevator and had a Jacuzzi tub. Although it had a very nice view vs the room we had selected through Hotels.com it was very far out of the way from the main hotel where breakfast was served and the Jacuzzi tub did not work! When we called the desk about it they told me that it hasn't worked for a while. We were very disappointed.

Yes clean room, all the staff from front end, breakfast staff ( their omelettes very so so good) breakfast room was very well organized, housekeeping staff very friendly…..impressed and I’d recommend to friends ….on a side note hotel is well positioned for access to great seaside walks and very close to amenities within the lovely town of Sidney…happy guest cheers guys

Ground floor in a wooden structure, upstairs got up early daily and sounded like elephants. The noise and creaks really carry. Our room shared the wall with the breakfast room. So early morning prep began before 6 am..you can hear everything and then kids in the breakfast room early were really loud and it carries into your room.

I didn’t get the fireplace going, and the toilet did not flush well. Apart from that we loved our stay.

I realize the building is older, but the condition of the accommodations did not justify the price. The carpet was damp, musty, and had an unpleasant odor. The flooring appeared very unclean, and I even noticed blood on the bathroom railing, which was very concerning from a hygiene and safety perspective. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not consider returning.

The front desk staff were amazing. Unfortunately the cleaning staff struggled to complete tasks. Cleaning product was left in our room, beds were made with covers still wrinkled underneath and pillows tossed various ways, coffee pot not emptied or cleaned. Loved the location, would recommend second floor room as facing a busy parking lot has no privacy.
