Cosy 2-family house "Chalet Butz", 2 storeys, detached. In the resort, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, south facing position. Private: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path to the house. Communal covered parking at 100 m. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 150 m, bicycle rental 200 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Grindelwalderhof" 150 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km, tennis 2 km, sports centre 300 m, gondola lift 200 m, ski rental 200 m, ski bus stop 150 m, cross country ski track 2 km, children's playground. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 18 km. Please note: suitable for families. Ski bus (free of charge). Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Grindelwald. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
