We liked the location, the spacious comfortable apartment, the stunning views, free on site parking and the lift in the building. Stefan looked after us and made sure that everything worked smoothly.

Everything about this property was more than superb. Property itself is high quality (materials and equipment), really clean, with excellent penthouse apartment with extra huge terrace and superb view to the lake. Cherry on top of the cake was owner, Mr. Plachy, so nice gentleman and real help. He responded extra fast to all our needs and therefore once more big, big Thank you!

There is not a tiny bit to dislike here.

Perfect!

Superb very spacious apartment finished with quality materials. Excellent location. 5 min walk to the public beach at the Faaker See, which has many facilities. There is a also a huge waterslide and boat rental.

The beds are a little bit hard.

Exceptional

We booked a smaller apartment but our host Stefan gave us a large apartment which is almost twice expensive as a smaller one. Although we booked a small apartment he generously transferred us to large apartment at the price of a smaller apartment. He didn't charge us anything extra. I'm speechless. The apartment is beautifully designed, clean and well equipped with stunning views of the lake and mountains. We really enjoyed it. Stefan was extra kind and generous and willing to help us with anything.

Traumhafte Erfahrung Kärntner Gastfreundschaft!

Eine wirklich excellente Erfahrung! Geradezu traumhaft! Ich bekam eine sehr klare Einweisung und wurde unglaublich(!) am Bahnhof in Villach persönlich abgeholt und zum Apartment an den See gefahren. Stefan war mehr als höflich und sorgsam und die Unterkunft hatte einen traumhaften Blick. Der Sonnenaufgang war wie in einem Märchen. Im Apartment hatte ich einen Galaplatz. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr großzügig. Ich habe die Tage am See sehr genossen. Noch einmal ein großes DANKE an Stefan.

Tolles Haus und tolle Lage, sauber und freundlicher Empfang. In der Nähe sind gute Möglichkeiten für Frühstück, Restaurants und eine tolle Bar. Perfekter Aufenthalt.

Beste verblijf ooit!

Wij logeerden op de bovenste verdieping en hadden het prachtigste zicht ever!!! Zicht over het hele meer, hele dag door zon. Luxe appartement. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Niets, maar dan ook echt niets aan te merken!!!! We konden onze elektrische wagen zelfs gratis laden gedurende het hele verblijf 😊

Er is geen airco, maaaaaaar, er zijn luifels extern die volledig open kunnen en elk raam heeft heel deftige verduisterende lammelekes (alles elektronisch). Met een beetje aandacht hiervoor, kan je zorgen voor toch nog aangename temperaturen tijdens een hittegolf!

Ein gelungener Urlaub der auch für Entspannung sorgte.

Sehr modern mit guter Qualität. Sehr gemütlich und warm. Auch für die Ski und Skischuhe gab es eine Möglichkeit für die Aufbewahrung.

Leider die Dusche etwas undicht, sodass das Wasser im ganzen Badezimmer ist.
