Stanovanje je prostorno in lepo opremljeno - imeli smo vse kar smo potrebovali. Kavča sta raztegljiva in udobna, postelja je prav tako udobna. Kopalnica je zelo lepa in funkcionalna, uporabljali smo tudi pralni stroj. Kuhinja je velika in ima vso opremo - uporabljali smo štedilnik, kavomat in pomivalni stroj, ter seveda hladilnik. Krano smo v prenosni posodi enkrat celo vzeli s seboj na izlet! Parking je priročen in dovolj prostoren, na uporabo smo imeli tudi garažo, kjer smo shranili svoja električna kolesa. Ulica je mirna in varna, ter nima veliko prometa, kar je super za otroke.
V kuhinji je zmanjkalo soli ter sredstva za pomivanje posode - smo kupili svoje. Imeli smo le 3 brisače za 2 odrasla in 2 otroka za 3 nočitve, prav bi nam prišle dodatne.

Posizione ottima sia rispetto al centro raggiungibile con una breve e piacevole passeggiata, sia rispetto ai punti di interesse ( laghi e zona dí Tarvisio)
Niente. Non plus ultra (solo per italiani) una macchina caffe espresso e non caffè Americano)
