Our guesthouse features 5 lovingly furnished and newly renovated apartments, each with a terrace or balcony, set amidst a spacious, well-maintained garden on the sunny side of Lake Magdalenen.
Our beach offers a breathtaking view of Carinthia’s mountain landscape. Perhaps this view of the Karawanken and the Julian Alps will inspire you to go on a mountain hike. Afterward, comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas let you unwind quickly. You’ll be captivated by the breathtaking lake scenery. Professional physical therapy consultations in our new yoga room, as well as a pedal boat and a children’s playground, are available for your enjoyment.

From October through April, we have special offers for long-term rentals, and during the vacation season, we also accept reservations for a minimum stay of 7 days. The surrounding ski resorts, such as Gerlitze, Naßfeld, and Goldeck, are located within a radius of 15–45 kilometers and are easily accessible by car. Our region is also particularly well-suited for ski tourers and mountain hikers. We also offer a private ski storage room for our winter guests. Send us an email and we’ll be happy to advise you. The Warmbad Villach thermal spa and downtown Villach are 6 km away. It’s a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Drau Cycle Path. Eight golf courses are within a 15–30-minute drive; the tennis court is 10 minutes away. Special features: Free parking. Massages are offered on-site. Electricity costs are included in the price.
