Wonderful friendly staff, good food in restaurant. Family run.
Up long hill, so car is great idea unless you enjoy hiking up steep hills

The location was incredible, views you can only dream of. The house was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Gina and her family were so helpful and lovely. They also have a restaurant where you can enjoy sunset dinner or wonderful coffees and breakfast. Ten minutes walk from the two best beaches near Ksamil. Right beside both Ksamil and Sarandë. Surprising number of bird species flying around in front of the terrace. Great places to eat within five minutes walk as well as onsite.

Great panoramic view. Hosts very nice and pleasant.
No proper shower cabin, you splash water all over the bathroom which is a nuisance if you go there by bare foot another time. In one apartment there was no hot water. During the night it was cold and no blankets provided to put on. It was ok for 1 night stay, But nothing else
