Personale molto gentile e sempre a disposizione, bella vista con mare, appartamento pulito, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La posizione è buona, si abbiamo girato Ksamil esclusivamente a piedi arrivando al mare, ai supermercati e ai pub in pochi minuti.

L'appartamento è molto ampio e pulito, al piano terra con un terrazzino vista mare e parcheggio auto all'interno.

All'interno non abbiamo trovato nessuna dotazione in cucina, niente sale zucchero caffè strofinacci una bottiglia di acqua in frigo scottex eccetera.Purtoppo la spiaggia sottostante non era utilizzabile perché ci sono in corso lavori per la nuova passeggiata e pertanto per andare al mare bisognava prendere la macchina e infilarsi nel caotico traffico di ksamil con conseguente problema per il parcheggio.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were welcomed by a wonderful host, Denys, who did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. The value for money is excellent. The sea is just a short walk away. The atmosphere feels like being back in childhood in the countryside. Many thanks to Denys for his hospitality! We will definitely come back.

The property is in the north and it is well connected to the main strip from the beach. Also far away enough so you are not disturbed by the music. The staff were very friendly and the Wifi worked well.

Unfortunately we could not sleep in the main double bed as the AC did not reach it, it was in a separate room. We can accept that there is a lot of construction going on in Ksamil however it took away from the views and felt a bit like the back of a building site. The shower was also not attached to the wall, the stand was there but not screwed in so you had to hold the shower head the whole time. There were towels but no shower gel/shampoo like in other places (although we don’t expect that) it just gave a poor look to the bathroom overall.
