FLH Rato Spacious Apartment

Spacious, beautiful flat, close to everything.

Needs basics like sugar, pepper and oil, although shops are close so wasnt difficult to get. The only other negative thing was the security guard refused to let a teenager (who had a fob) into the building as he didnt have a code for the main front entrance. If that teenager couldnt reach us by phone (which he was only able to do by going back to a restaurant that allowed him to connect to their internet) he would have been stranded outside for may hours.

De ligging was perfect dichtbij het centrum en leuke en lekkere restaurantjes dichtbij. Het appartement is heel ruim met twee aparte slaapkamers met badkamer aan weerszijden van het middengedeelte met huiskamer en keuken. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep goed. Met al onze opmerkingen over de mindere dingen zouden ze aan de slag gaan

Niet alles was schoon. Wel de keuken, toiletten en douches/ bad en oppervlakken tafels. De vloer was niet schoon en diverse andere dingen zoals stopcontacten en deuren kunnen sopje gebruiken. De raam bedekking in de slaapkamers was kapot (niet de gordijnen) en de badkamer kasten zijn aan schoonmaak en vervanging toe. Maar naar dit alles zou worden gekeken.

The apartment is located perfectly near everything. It's designed in a such way that the bedrooms are apart from each other's proximity to have privacy. It has plenty of room to relax and enjoy a quiet evening after an extensive day of walking.

The initial access to the building is confusing. We even asked two local ladies to help us and they couldn't figure out. The TV set was not a smart TV, therefore it wasn't convenient to use.

The apartment is clean & layout is nice, kitchen utensils are complete
