2 beautiful bdr upscale flat embracing Tejo!

Fantastiskt läge (lokal känsla före turiststråk) och otrolig mysig och välplanerad lägenhet. Älskade den och den lilla balkongen med utsikt över takåsarna.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment was spotless and cozy, and the neighborhood felt calm and welcoming. It was so easy to get around — the 22B bus stop was just around the corner, making trips into the city simple. After exploring Lisbon all day, coming back to this peaceful place and watching the sunsets was the perfect way to end each evening. I’d happily stay here again.

The only thing I didn’t like was leaving — I wish I had stayed longer to catch more sunsets :P

Great neighbourhood (Principe real), nice living room, lot of space and super well equipped. Each bedroom has its bathroom. The bottle of white wine and crackers...

One of the bedroom does not have windows (only the bathroom has). Lack of sound insulation. Light could be better

The apartment was clean and in a fantastic location. We specifically chose it because of the beautiful view, and under normal circumstances it would have been a wonderful place to stay.

Unfortunately, major renovation work was taking place directly in front of the apartment. The entire front of the building was covered with scaffolding and safety netting, which completely blocked the view – the main reason we booked this apartment. None of this was mentioned before our arrival. What disappointed us most was not just the renovation itself, but the way it was handled. Had we been informed in advance, we could have made an informed decision about whether to keep our booking or choose another accommodation. Also, when we booked it, there was a second bathroom in the description. When we arrived this bathroom was closed... Instead, we arrived to an unexpected situation. The owner initially acknowledged our complaint and said we would receive compensation, but after that they completely stopped responding, both to us and to multiple contact attempts from Booking.com. In the end, Booking.com had to resolve the complaint themselves.
