Lovely property in a beautiful part of central Lisbon. Spacious and cosy.

We had an issue with a broken sofa bed upon arrival. At first the owner was reluctant to sort the problem for us. We had 4 people so needed the sofa bed to sleep. She claimed it must have been us that broken it by sitting on the edge of the sofa. However it was completely broken upon entering the apartment, the mattress was just placed over to hide the bend base. After sending staff to try and sort it, which they couldn’t, we were then moved into the apartment next door. After this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the efforts from the two staff members who tried to fix the problem.

The location was in high end of Lisbon just beside all the designer shops . Near enough to walk to bars and restaurants. There is a pub underneath but think the music went off at a decent time .

The steps up to apartment are steep very steep . Think we were room 7 and it was a climb ! But we are both over 65 so if young probably not a problem!

Clean and well located. Interesting and charming aesthetic both inside and on the terrace.

Appliances were cool-looking but a bit unpractical. Water pressure was quite low all around and water temperature was slow to change and unstable. Outside bath doesn’t have enough hot water pressure to keep it hot, so it defaults to a mini cold pool. Expected a bit more value for the money payed.
