Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente più che buono. La posizione è ottima, ideale per muoversi facilmente, e l’host si è dimostrato molto disponibile e presente in caso di necessità. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto con l’acqua, ma è intervenuto subito contattando la compagnia per risolvere il guasto.
Un ringraziamento anche a Paulo, che ci ha accolti con gentilezza al check-in e ci ha mostrato appartamento e parcheggio.
Qualche miglioria nell’arredamento e un’attenzione in più alla pulizia renderebbero l’esperienza ancora migliore, ma nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

The Host is great support and good communication. Easy to receive the room key. The apartment has a great view from the room, good size for family stay, also great location from fantastic restaurant, Italian Gelato shop, souvenier shop also grocery shop these are all walking distance. The area is very nice, safe to walk at night, few walk from Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara that you can have panoramic view of Lisbon also good street food at night time.

Location is great! Responsive and nice staff.
Very complicated check-in. You have to call, text, and meet someone. Too much, especially if you arrive late. Also have to pay extra if check-in late. This is not a penthouse. The property is poorly maintained. Hot water comes and goes. One moment it is cold, the next it is too hot. Showering feels like a gamble. The bed is not comfortable. There is no A/C on the second level. The staircase is very steep and not good for kids.
