What an incredibly cozy place! It had all the necessary equipment. The apartment was clean and homely. The apartment is located in a quiet alley, but at the same time has an absolutely perfect location. The host was supereasy to communicate with and answered all my questions, both before and after check-in. It was super easy to get the keys from the box outside the door. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone looking to stay in this part of Lisbon.

I apprecieted very much the fact that I had all I needed in the apartament for a family with a child. The lovely small courtyart is more than enough to relax and have breakfast. The apartament is situated at groundfloor and makes you feel like a local enjoying the cozy atmosphere when you enter directly from the pitoresc street Travessa da Conceicao. At the same time it is a spacios place, safe and peacefull. The proximity to Chiado neighborhood was great for us. You can take the 28E tram(station Santa Catarina) that is 5 minutes away and visit Lisbon with a full tour. The host provided all we requested (an extra blanket), she helped us with our luggage on our departure day. I would definetely come back.

The place is in a great location and very walkable. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The queen bed was comfortable. Place was clean.

The main downside was the recurring sewage odour that appeared each day of our 5 day stay. Purchased an air freshener to mask the odour. Did not reach out to the host as this booking was ‘non-refundable’. We dealt with the situation as needed.

L odeur très très forte d egouts dans la salle de bain malgré la Vmc et du coup qui se propage dans tout l appartement. Propreté à l arrivée très moyen, le lave vaisselle pas vidé, pas d éponge propre et pas de torchons main et vaisselle ( la propriétaire nous en a apporté le lendemain sur demande) Table extérieur encrassée, armoire de jardin avec plein de bazar dedans, balai cassé etc... Micro onde avec plateau tournant pas adapté à celui ci. Cet appartement mériterait un ménage approfondi dans les coins, derrière et dessous les meubles. Le gros problème c est la salle de bain, le lavabo fuit par terre et l idée des planches en bois dans la douche bof.....niveau hygiène et nettoyage.
