Alegria Apartments by Realmobility

The apartment is located in the historic centre and is very well positioned, which is a major advantage. It is close to Restauradores Square, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine. The host was very kind and thoughtful, leaving coffee capsules and tea bags for us. The towels and bed linen were clean, and soap, shower gel, and other essentials were provided. There is also a washing machine, which was very useful. Our only recommendation would be to replace the sofa in the living room, as it is quite old and not very comfortable to sleep on. Also, there is an unpleasant smell in the common stairwell. Of course, this has nothing to do with the apartment itself, but perhaps something could be done about it, such as keeping a window open or improving ventilation. Apart from these minor points, everything was good. Thank you for your hospitality!

Apartamento céntrico y cómodo. Muy buena comunicación con anfitriones.

No había ascensor y escaleras empinadas para llevar equipaje, aunque no son muchas. No hay lavavajillas. Por la noche mucho barullo hasta altas horas. De todas formas, merece la pena ir a este apartamento.

Posizione super centrale ma silenziosa la notte. Accessoriato di tutto e molto pulito. Manca l’aria condizionata ma i proprietari lasciano a disposizione due ventilatori davvero eccellenti, quindi si sta benissimo lo stesso.
