The apartment is ideal for couples, families or small groups, accommodating up to 6 guests. Its central location allows you to easily enjoy Lisbon’s best restaurants, bars, shops and attractions, many of them just a short walk away.
The apartment is a comfortable and functional space for a pleasant stay in Lisbon.
It features one bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, a TV and a washing machine.
It is the perfect choice for guests looking for a central location and wanting to have everything Lisbon has to offer right on their doorstep.
Important: the apartment is located in a traditional building without an elevator, so guests will need to climb stairs to reach the apartment. Please take this into consideration, especially if you have reduced mobility.
Check-in is carried out in person, by prior appointment, from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Before arrival, guests are required to complete the check-in form with the identification details of all guests over 13 years old, as required by applicable legislation. We recommend reading the instructions sent before arrival.
Only guests registered during check-in are permitted to enter the reception area and the apartments.
It is not permitted to receive visitors or hold events.
At check-in, all guests must present a valid identification document and the credit card used to make the reservation.
Smoking is not permitted in this apartment.
For the comfort of other guests and residents, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in the immediate termination of the stay, removal of the guests from the property, and forfeiture of the security deposit.
